- Glazed Banana Cream Donuts Recipe - Glazed Yeast Donuts with banana cream filling

Fluffy Yeast Donut Recipe:
- 280 gr of All Purpose Flour ( 2 cups + 3 tbsp flour)
- 40 gr Sugar ( 3 tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 120 gr Milk ( 1/2 cup ) ( Every flour absorbs liquids differently, so you may need an extra 2-3 tbsp of milk)
- 40 gr melted Butter ( 1/3 stick) I use butter as it gives the donuts better flavor, but you could also substitute the butter with 2 tbsp oil)
- 7 gr Dry Yeast ( 1 packet )
Banana Cream:
- 1 Large Banana
- 300 gr Very Cold Heavy Cream ( 1 cup + 1/4 cup )
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Vanilla ( optional )
**NOTE: Fill the donuts once cooled and JUST BEFORE serving!
Glaze for Donuts :
- 250 gr Powdered Sugar ( 2 cups)
- 75 gr Butter ( 2/3 Stick )
- 3-5 tbsp Warm Milk depending how thin you like your glaze
- 1 tsp Vanilla

I made these with my boy as part of his home schooling (weights and measures and following instructions). He loved it and the doughnuts were delicious.

They are laying people off so they can collect unemployment. The other way they get nothing. Many small businesses cant afford to pay people for not working during this time as they have no customers becaused they are closed.
a2isha I work for a small business and they are barely staying afloat so it’s better for them to furlough employees si we can get unemployment and hopefully they can stay in business.

Quarantine bake: did them at night......it was sooooo nice!!!! It's fluffy and sweet and because the banana I used had a tangy taste, it brought a while new dimension. Really enjoyed it, 10/10♥️💗

I wish my mom was still here. She always loved banana cream flips (flipped cakes with banana cream in the middle). We used to buy them whenever we could dind them. She would love these. ps: I did use the KitchenAid with the hook to knead though. Came out perfect...just use low speed.

I didn't make the doughnuts but I made the cream because it was too late but luckily I had a frozen banana lol and I always crave something sweet at night it was soooo delicious I ate it as a dessert... I will definitely try the doughnuts... u have the best recipes on TH-cam

Excellent vid. I made these for a dessert for a small dinner party (family). I added a little banana liquor to the filling for a bit more of an adult twist to it and they were very good. Your recipe got rave reviews.

Tip: U can ad citric acid, lemon juice or orange juice to the banana to prevent it from browning. Just a tiny amount since it's only one banana.
@@EAnaomiEM U can try half of the 1/4 tsp, that's 1/8 tsp. Citric acid and lemon juice have a strong flavor. It just there to preven oxidation. I can't give u the exact measurement for this. Maybe u can experiment with one or two bananas beforehand. One with 1/4 and the other with 1/8, taste it and see how it goes. Hope that helps.
