    Do you have any recommendations for brain red/infrared light devices? I know Vielight has some products - how do they rate? Are there other good brands?

      Just looked up the vielight, and does look useful for brain benefits. My go to is to have a multipurpose panel, which can be aimed at the forehead for brain benefits, or other parts of the body for other benefits such as sleep improvements or inflammation reduction.     Due you know if philips hue can accurately replicate the range of light?

    What duration and distance do you recommend I position my infrared panel toward my brain to experience cognitive enhancing effects ?

      @@Mijn3023 yeah that guideline can work, although you could do less and even 10-12 minutes per day at that distance.

      @@mychondria will all regions of my brain receive therapeutic effects of the infrared wavelengths considering it’s only pointed towards the front ? Some people use intranasal red light devices as well . I’m thinking of placing it directly in front of me as opposed to the recommended distance

      @@Mijn3023 the study we referenced in our “cognitive benefits” video was when the researchers aimed towards the forehead, as this is assumed to be the easiest place for the light to penetrate through the skull.

      @@Mijn3023 it’s probably true that you would receive that much infrared light, but that would be across the entire spectrum. Remember there are key frequencies in this range which stimulate your mitochondria. These are the ones red light therapy devices emit
