I was pretty sure I knew what caused them because I could feel it happening. I go to a specialist next week and now I’ll be able to verbally explain rather than just pointing it out 🤷🏼♀️🤓 THANK YOU!
How do you help cue a complete beginner male who's weight is too far forward, possibly used to doing high plank/ pushups, to get up and back into a deeper down dog? weight further back?
