    I’m so happy I came across your vid! I developed a bone spur on each wrist- one wrist is way worse than the other and it’s definitely not getting better. I was pretty sure I knew what caused them because I could feel it happening. I go to a specialist next week and now I’ll be able to verbally explain rather than just pointing it out 🤷🏼‍♀️🤓 THANK YOU!

    Great to have tips for each part of the body in a pose to get the most out of it.
    I like that you had a expert nearby as back up.🐕

    Isn’t it external rotation of the arm? As you are rotating away from the midline? Or am I completely wrong on that.

      @ManFlowYoga  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm referring to external rotation of the shoulders here :-)

    How do you help cue a complete beginner male who's weight is too far forward, possibly used to doing high plank/ pushups, to get up and back into a deeper down dog? weight further back?

    • @ManFlowYoga
      @ManFlowYoga  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mackenzie O'Neil Honestly I’d have them do it on the wall first.

      Knees bent, feet closer to the hips, just work on getting shoulders and back aligned first
