Another fantastic routine. I often use your videos to help open my hips. As a horse trainer, spending up to 6 hours a day in the saddle, the high adductors are always needing to be lengthened. Maybe another video working adductor/abductor balance?

Could you please tell me what additional work outs/exercise you do to build your body? I’ve just joined a gym and will be working out with weights frequently, but I’ll also do yoga classes, so it’d be great to hear what your routine is with regards to cardio and weight lifting so I can follow it.

Ok you have lost weight and toned out nicely. If anyone doesn't think his yoga works well just look at his earlier reels and look at this one. He was thicker in the stomach area earlier on and now he has more of a defined midriff area showing a six-pac.
If the shirtless routines bother you then maybe don't watch those ones? They all have thumbnails so you know what to expect. Leaving comments like this one won't change anything.
