Lady here. This is great. When half of students in a class are inflexible beginners, the instructors should teach these modifications all the time, but they don't.
I like the other tips you gave doing downdog against the wall too - that doesn't irritate my writs too much. I am sure many people have the same issues after years' works on computer keyboard. thanks again.
Hey Dean can you make a video explaining what came first for you yoga or weight training? Also how do you balance the 2 lifestyles every week? Great tips thanks for the video👍
My hamstrings are just so tight that even if I elevate my hands to over 70 cm, I have to extend my feet very far back if I want to straighten my back and still really struggle with it. Keeping my back flat seems impossible, no matter what modification of this exercise I try!
I cannot do downward dog either. will give modifications for pretty much any other super easy pose, but not for demo dogs out like everybody should be able to do it. Not many yoga exercises for actual beginners Thanks.

Thank you so much for the feedback! We appreciate your insight :)
Thank you Dean for helping us stay injury free.
Keep up the good work Gary!
This is dope. I have always felt horrible because I cannot straighten my legs and my heels cannot touch the ground.
Don't worry, you're not the only one. Keep those knees bent and stay consistent with your practice, you'll get there.
Man + yoga = MOGA!!!
Haven't heard that one yet!
Personally the height of the kitchen counter is the best for my flexibility 😂

It's our own music.
Great Dean ! What it is very difficult for me in this pose, is How can I do to put my feet flat on the floor? there is any technique I can practice?

Have you tried bending your knees as well? It's a very useful modification!

Well, we hope these modifications help!
Ladies is a nicer word than females 😊
They literally mean the same thing
you must have been lifting, no way you have this body simply doing yoga
You’d be surprised.
