2. Sleep for 7 hours
3. Eat healthy (low carb) and in moderation
4. Muscular Exercise (weight training)
5 Drink ample water (2-3 liters in 24 hours) except if you are heart or renal patient.

I disagree ke walk se jism me oxygen absorb Kam hoti Hai weight training ke muqabla me. Walking is called aerobics iske meaning hi ye hain Hawa ya oxygen Wali exercise. Yes weight training muscle gain ke liye bohat zarori Hai kyu ke aap ka muscle mass Kam hona shuru ho jata Hai 40 saal ke baad 1 percent per year.
