I am 78 yrs old. I walk around 20 kilometres daily. 12kilos in morning and 8 kilos in afternoon. I don not have to take any medicine at all except Loprin.
Asalamualiqum. I lose wt from 75 to 65. Now my wt is stuck despite lot of efforts. For last six months. I walk daily k 1 to 2 hrs daily more than 10 thousand or more. Plz help me to lose more wt by giving suggestions. My height is 5 ft 2 inces.

میری عمر 66 ھے الحمدوللہ ڈیلی 20 منٹ واک اور 10 منٹ ھلکی ایکسر سائز کرتا ھو ں اور سال میں دو ماہ جنوری اور فروری بہت زیادہ سردی کی وجہ سے پارک جانا مشکل ھو جاتا ھے لہذا آپکے بقول سب سے سستی میڈیسن واک ھے جو انسان کو ڈاکٹرز سے دور دکھتی ھے۔
Thank you Dr.Sb very informative video but you do not explain both lunch and dinner it's compulsory to take walk ,and you explain that taking lunch. and dinner after . 15 minutes start the walk .
