Its been a minute since I've posted this cart but I stripped it down and sent the body off to get painted. While it was away we cleaned up the wiring, painted a few things on the frame and ordered some upgrades for it. This cart sure is looking good now.

Looking good! I am about to adapt some DS seats to work on my Taylor Dunn.
I had to raise the back rest on my new Yamaha because when I lifted the bottom seat it hit the back rest. I wish a saw the way you used the clamps and two by four to level and hold in place. More secure than the way I did it. Nice clean upgrade, great job !
Sharp looking DS! Like the seat covers, I should look into a set for my Precedent.Heading to Ocean Lakes next week for two weeks, hope to put a few miles on the old cart.

Looks sharp. Wish I knew someone who painted. Tried getting my 99 ds body done but gave up and rattle canned it for this year. I may just buy a new body in the color I want next year.

Hey great video's, I just discovered your channel! I have an 86 club car, 36 volt, resistor style cart that I would like to get more speed and torque. Do you have any video's or recommendations on how to do this? I am open to all suggestions

Looks awesome. Quick question. For the side diamond-plate pieces did you use a white spacer for the rear screws?
I did but I used different hardware to attach it so it blended in.

What would this sell for? Maybe 5000?
Maybe if it had a stock motor, controller and lead acid batteries but this cart has lithium, alltrax controller and plum quick motor. This cart does 30 right now. I have more things planned for it as well.
