I always wanted a golf cart, I actually need one to do some light work on my property. But I can leave nothing stock. I'm a modder at heart. Glad I found your channel. Some day I will find me a old, cheap non-running cart just so i can tear it down and rebuild it so I can learn about them.

I appreciate the time you spent on making this video, it's not easy thing to do during an install. This is actually the only ac conversion video worth your time to watch. I do wish you had spent a little more time on the solenoid upgrade. I'm doing my installation now and that is my only concern. Like the suppression diode. Regardless, thanks for putting this together

I’m doing my first 600A/5KW swap and this video is great! My question is, what is the best hydronic crimper for crimping your 2 gauge cables?
    Thanks!

Appreciate the video. Excellent coverage. After a year my Navitas system has an itermittent bucking where it loses power violently when under load. Adjusting the variuos speed, torwue, regeneration knobs doesnt do anything. Thanks

Great video, I spoke with Steve yesterday about purchasing a Club Cap Precedent AC conversion kit and I will order today. My question is do you have a part number for the back splash guard? I am removing a Navitas 600 DC and I cut the hole in my splash guard when I did the install. Thanks

I have a 2003 Club Car DS. I installed the Navitas Controler and AC/DC conversion motor. I deleted the OBC and installed 4 48V lithium Big Boy Batteries. I also installed an upgraded solenoid. When I got rid of the OBC, I cut all the wires coming out of the OBC, capped them off and jumped the white and blue wires together. The problem I am having is when I turn on the lithium batteries, the battery indicator goes on without the key being turned on and I can't get the Navitas app to recognize the controler. Any idea what I did wrong?

I bought the Curtis/Albright heavy duty 48v solenoid and just want to make sure that the b positive on the controller connects to the plus marked side of the Curtis solenoid? My old solenoid also had a resistor connection connecting the two large posts on the solenoid which you didn’t show on the video, do i keep this connected on the new solenoid? Great video!

I watched your videos, got a 4K system AC conversion, for my 99 club car, and feel I got a the wrong harness , been working with support for over a week now and I am no where closer to resolution, key stopped working peddle doesn’t provide the 5 volts so it may have something to do with that. Thoughts on where to look?

@@mikebogart3841 It all fits and goes in just fine. I just had to drill and tap my own mounting holes. Everything is long enough and works great. I did the Big Battery 72 volt Falcon conversion at the same time. I'm getting insane performance from this system
