Fix a Pinched Nerve in Shoulder

  • A pinched nerve in the shoulder occurs when an anatomical structure in the shoulder becomes trapped.
It is often a tendon, a bursa or one of the rotator cuff muscles which causes a sudden, nerve-like pain in the shoulder and the upper arm.
In this video, I demonstrate three highly effective exercises which will give immediate pain relief.
I also demonstrate how to adapt your favorite sleeping position so the shoulder does not keep you awake at night.
Finally, I demonstrate two great strengthening exercises which will help to reduce the pain, as well as in the future.

Had some issues with pain in my shoulder that radiated down to my uppger fore arm and further down to my index finger. My finger was swollen and I had some severe pain in it for a few days but now it's all gone. Still have that pain in my shoulder tho.

My shoulders give me pain at night and the trapped nerves mean my arms go dead. My problem is loose joints, the shoulder slips about in the socket trapping nerves. I know when it goes back in as there is a clunk of the bone dropping back in. Not a happy sleeper.

Milton. I cannot sleep on my affected shoulder at all. I also feel discomfort in my affected shoulder blade when I lay on my back. I am mostly just sleeping on my unaffected side with a heat pad under my affected arm, but I naturally move in the night so I wake up 😔

When I'm doing military press, when I bring the bar down to starting position I feel like something moves in my elbow and I feel a little tingle there. It only does it when I'm using weights. If I move my arm freely in the same motion I don't feel it. I feel it right on the outside part of my elbow, kind of where the "funny" bone is
