    First and foremost thank you for your informational videos! Your a pain saver for sure! I relieved my headache with your other videos right now. Thank you!! Secondly, when you do the nerve relief movement with the pillow… I did it and it only felt relief if my head went in the direction of the hurt side… not opposite? When I did it though, I heard alot of “squishy “ type sounds kind of behind my eyes? If that makes sense? Is that normal??

    Great job, I have a pinched nerve between c6 and c7, I have all those issues and sometimes I get terrible pain that maybe in my elbow, forearm the the hand, fingers and center of my hand which feels like a hit spike being driven into the palm of my hand or between my thumb and pointer finger. I use many of your videos stretching and self help for pain to avoid medications whenever possible. Many the proper techniques can help prevent the worst of issues, that and cdb to help stop the inflammation of the muscles and tissues that make it worse. Good luck and God bless , keep doing the routine even if you feel okay, that's when you need it most, there is life after this , I promise, I've avoided surgery so far with self treatment with these guys help! Doing some of these tests/stretches, I have tightness or a sensation of sensitivity but I wouldn't categorize it as pain. I've never been good with those 1-10 pain scale things and I wish you'd describe what you mean when you say, 'pain.' I'm right-handed and I can press places in my neck and feel sensations at the nerve terminus near my wrist or elbow and wonder if it's something to do with inflammation rather than pinching.

    I have had pain around the C6 area for about almost two years now I have been to two different doctors trying to get the appointment anywhere right now and it's crazy. The doctor tells me that I just have migraines probably and prescribe me migraine medicine. From the base of my skull to my shoulder blades is real tense and painful. Also have shooting pain and numbness down the back of my arm all way to my fingertips and in my biceps constantly. Upper chest and back on the right side are always tense and tight with a constant numbness and fire throughout my arm. I'm just saying I don't think it's migraines. Been trying to get in to see a different doctor for a few months now it is a six-month waiting list for new patients

    Thank you for this!! Been suffering for 3 weeks now. After Dr visits, PT visits, ibuprofen, muscle relaxer and now the 5 days of steroids I still feel the pain. All in my left side. Mainly my shoulder, shoulder blade, neck with certain movements, numbing and tingling all down my arm into all my fingers. Looking down is very painful.
    Now I haven’t heard this yet but my shoulder and into the front of my chest straight across close to my collar bone. I need to know if to normal to feel this one. It also radiates in my armpit..
    The ER cleared me for anything heart related thankfully. But I’m stuck! My dr doesn’t know what it is but she’s making me take steroids to hopefully help the inflammation, then doing PT. All the exercises I found here. Which almost all irritates the pain. I feel helpless at this point. No relief just pain. The pain in my underarm and across my top left chest near my collarbone really bothers me and ignites my anxiety. I don’t know what else to do.😔

      @@WeatherNut27 The pain isn't as bad as what it was but still signficant - affects me every day. Pain is worse at night than morning not sure if that's common in people suffering. I've been recently told my issue is in the scalene muscles causing the pain to radiate into back and arm - seeing an osteopath next week. Hopefully I get proper relief! • @Truthbomb101.
      @Truthbomb101. 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@WeatherNut27 sorry to hear that. You might just need to stretch the muscles and rest for it to heal. I also experience pain in shoulder and in my hand/feeling of weakness and sometimes tingling. You have to find out and treat the source of the pain. These injuries are so hard to diagnose because pain radiates everywhere - tough to find out where it's coming from. Have you tried a warm bath? I find a warm bath or shower provides relief. Heat made my symptoms worse when I first experienced pain but now they improve them. Mine started almost a year ago and at one stage went away - flared it up again playing sport and has been lingering for 4 months.
      I suggest making an appointment with a neuroligist first to rule out any nerve damage then see an osteopath. Good luck hopefully your symptoms improve quick!
