Those Sichuan noodles 🌶️ I can feel them through the video! Thank you for capturing these beautiful memories for us, you’re so talented! Can’t wait to get back to China 🇨🇳
Loving your videos Scott. I always save them to watch on the TV so I get the full experience. Might be good to do a recap video at the end showing the locations on a map to get a sense of place/orientation. Also visas/permits etc.
Thanks so much for your kind words mate🫶🏼 I still have a few episodes left then I’ll do some more information based videos plus a short cinematic film for a best of all the clips
Yes I managed to see that the night I arrived but didn’t have the camera on me, I should have gone back for the video really. Maybe I’ll have to come back 😬
Really enjoyed that, Scott - great to see you get so much out of a day! I don’t know that city at all so all new to me. Pleased to see there’s still a good helping of “bathroom tile” buildings around the place though!
Scott. Your content and imagery is amazing. Please keep up the great work. Small ask - please add back the iso/ apetature/ focal length details on your still shots. The ametatute photographer in me greatly appreciates the details. Huge fan!
Thanks so much for watching, really stoked you like the videos. Noted regarding adding the photography data back to the images, once this series I will re-add them back to the videos 😊🙏🏼 Feel free to let me know if there are any photography based videos you'd be interested in seeing.
Daocheng Yading Tibetan. It is located at the junction of Sichuan and Tibet. You can learn more about China’s ethnic minorities. Snow mountains, grasslands Humanities and geography. Rare material for photographers
Your videos are excellent, mate. Your storytelling, vlogging, music, and eye are 👌. Gotta ask, 1/8 or 1/4 black pro mist filter? I’ve been thinking about the 1/4 but not sure if it will be too strong. Whatever you are using looks just strong enough on those sun bloomy days. Cheers!
Thanks so much for your kind words mate, I really appreciate it. Stoked you like the videos. I’m using the 1/8 as I thought the 1/4 might be too strong as well
You can register a bilibili account and post your beautiful videos! Although there are bloggers in China who post your videos on bilibili (I don't know if they have sent you a private message to tell you whether they can post your videos on Chinese websites), they all clearly indicate the source. I subscribed to your channel on TH-cam from their instructions! Most bloggers who post your videos have no bad intentions, because Chinese people need VPN to go to TH-cam, and most people don't use VPN. But I still hope to see your videos posted on social media in China one day!
chongqing is surrounded by rivers and mountains so it gets a morning mist/overcast a lot. you can see in the video it cleared up somewhat in the afternoon. being in a river valley, there is also smog that gets trapped there.
The quality of this vlog looks like it has 10 million fans
Thanks so much, maybe one day 😁
another great video! only negative to your videos is that they are too short 😉
Glad you like them! I need to spend more time in China ☺️
This small noodle shop at 5:00 in the video is a very famous and delicious noodle shop called “四娃面庄”, which I often go to eat.
It was a great find and the owners were lovely people 🫶🏼

Tell me about it for the cable car. I was just back from chongqing, and obsess in taking photos of the cable car in all background!
I love the contrast between on vs new. Chongqing is a great city
Unbelievable you didn’t shoot Hong Ya Cave as a photographer 😮
I just shot photos there not video so didn’t include it in this video. But I’ll be back in Chongqing soon 😬
The night view of Chongqing is more like Night City from the game Cyberpunk 2077, it's a completely different style from Shanghai.
Yes Chongqing really is cyberpunk
So need to visit here! Which VND / Pro Mist filter are you using if any?
I am using the nisi true colour VND paired with the tiffin black pro mist
i hope look at chongqing of cyberpunk
I need to get back to Chongqing, I only spent one day there

That’s great they indicate the source 😊 I have seen the videos on BiliBili with soooo many views. It’s a shame they don’t watch on TH-cam too 😬
I prefer Chongqing at night when it's drizzling
I’ll have to come back to see it in the rain ☔️
我的家
An amazing city
🤣
你的视频拍出来为什么灰蒙蒙的?
重庆,张家界,北京的确是灰蒙蒙的。也不是故意的
chongqing is surrounded by rivers and mountains so it gets a morning mist/overcast a lot. you can see in the video it cleared up somewhat in the afternoon. being in a river valley, there is also smog that gets trapped there.
并不是空气污染的雾霾,大都是两江环抱河谷地带形成的水汽
It is not the haze of air pollution, but mostly the water vapor formed in the valley area surrounded by the two rivers
前排打卡,你的视频被搬运到中国抖音去了
👍🏼
注意防晒😂
