I've always been a storyteller. I've written hundreds of short stories and multiple books, but I always sensed I was meant to share a different story.
MY story.
I wasn't sure what that was until I was diagnosed with STAGE 4 Alveolar Soft Part Sarcoma (a SUPER rare type of cancer for which there is NO CURE).
I decided to embrace my motto of Living Out Loud and started sharing my journey in vlog format.

Awww I’m glad you are feeling somewhat better. I encourage exercise in walking but don’t do too much and do not wander too far from home. Drink plenty of fluids and rest when you feel the need.
I must say that I have never wanted to make anyone a Pumpkin pie more than I I do now. I wish I could make you one & bring it to you. My crust is delicious too.

There are aid organizations (e.g. church) that go shopping for you. Supermarkets also offer delivery services! And don't you have any neighbors who can help? No friends, relatives, acquaintances, work colleagues?? And if you have shortness of breath, why don't you go to the doctor. He can prescribe medication. If you can't make it there, call an ambulance instead of spending the night and morning struggling to breathe. It all seems so, so strange to me. You don't really seem sick. I had Corona for the second time 3 months ago and could no longer speak, was in bed with a fever, couldn't eat anything and certainly couldn't make or even watch videos. I was really, really sick. I think that you "complain" a lot but don't change anything (doctor, hospital, help with shopping, etc..)
Exactly! I've been saying this for months! He talked a lot about his poop and puke, but has never even shown us where all his nightmare began, the tumor on his leg, which could be so helpful to others who may discover something similar on their own body...Other than his depressed-sounding voice today, there is absolutely no physical evidence such as a red, runny nose, red inflammed eyes, phlem cough, or anything that would show he is so sick...His cough today is no different than the cough he has always had from the tumours in his lungs...As a therapist watching this channel for months, I find everything VERY strange here...For example, what happened with his " anal cancer! All the viewers were in a tizzy and panic about it, he got lots and lots of attention, comments and views, then a week or 2 later...no mention of it again....VERY strange indeed....He already knows my suspicion of what perhaps his psychological diagnosis may be: Histrionic Personality Disorder.

Man be grateful that you did not get pneumonia you have no idea how bad it is... you got it easy considering your state!
I was also going to say be careful you don't get pneumonia cos that's when things can get complicated and scary.
@@yukiefromoz2573 I know I had 23 pneumonias and is worse than cancer but we don't know until we do!
Pneumonia in cancer patients can get complicated as they have compromised lungs and immune system. He needs to be more careful as the weather turns cold.

I have stg 4 MBC too. Have been doing well for past 3 plus years and now I'm starting to gag and vomit more for no reason. I'm on targeted chemo...just pills. Not losing weight and eating well. Not in any pain yet. My cancer is to one breast, one lung, lymph, ribs, spine. I am still walking and doing light housework and getting good sleep. But the nausea....ugh. Praying for all of us.

For your cough, have you tried applying Vicks Vapor Rub on your feet then put on socks?

Drink hot tea with lemon and honey. Rest alot.
Why don't you try cooking different reciepies of food,...just in small quantities,,..a bite here n there should be helpul in the long run...!!

Thank you for your videos, Guillaume. There are so many people on youtube who document their severe cancer. When mine gets bad, I want to document it too. I really like the idea that here is sort of a community for this and it takes away my fear.
Even SKIP THE DISHES. WHY CAN YOU NOT CALL SOMEONE AT PALLIATIVE CARE, THEY WILL SEE THAT YOU GET FREE FRESH MEALS AND FOODS YOU LIKE. MY SISTER WORKS IN HOSPICE CARE AND THEY WILL DEFINATELY GETFRESH MEALS AND FRUITS , WHAEVER YOU NEED. PLEASE CALL ANY HOSPICE OR PALLIATIVE CARE SO THAT YOU CAN EAT GOOD MEALS ,ALL READY PREPARED FOR YOU. YOU MUST EAT GOOD SO THAT YOU GET WELL ENOUGH TO CONTINUE GETTING WEL ❤

Is that a chemo thing? Because my body doesn’t tolerate sugar at all, which is good, bc i know sugar is not good.
I've heard that sugar feeds cancer so eliminate it is a must ❤

I'm sorry that you've been suffering so much with your cold. When my husband had cancer, it was really hard for his immune system to deal with infections. You get better but it takes longer. Hang in there and good luck and God bless.
