Animal based foods are at least 3 times more digestible and bioavailable then anything from plant world due to fiber indegestibility, plants antinutrients, antivitamins lowering digestibility of minerals and vitamins not only taken from plant based part of diet but from animal food part of your diet too. Eat 20 eggs and fatty beef steak every day, this will make much better diet for your body.

Well, Dude... As You probably know I have slowly growing stage IV sarcoma mets in my lungs and some adjacent lymph nodes... To make it more fun, I USED TO have a brother who died due to respiratory failure and overall body weakness in the process of progressing ALS (neurological muscle atrophy disease) ... And I looked A LOT of times my brother struggled to catch a breath as his ribcage kept loosing ability to support ventillation of lungs... Irony, both me and him might not reach 40 year of age... but, let's just try beating the odds... So far my st IV cancer had let me stay in wet sauna for 15 minutes without any breathing issues. Let's just keep living the dream, as the chemo I'm currently on does not harm my bloodwork nor my liver tests in any significant way... Just stay positive as usual 😅🎉
