I'm Catholic, but this video was still very helpful. I've been on a hiatus from working out for a while due to how it awakens the beast (if you know what I mean). Your godfather is a wise and deeply intelligent man, thank God for him.
I find it to be a great ascetic discipline to workout, and a spiritual labor to do so without vanity. Therefore, I would like to request some content disclosing protein intake for fasting periods, and perhaps workouts etc. Thank you!

The priest seems to be putting so much responsibility on the guy for any situation he might contribute to that causes others to sin, but no responsibility on God for people sinning, while *He* created this world with completely foreknowledge of every situation that would transpire and every soul's journey through the world he brought about... Seems like a very uneven standard between God and man but in the opposite way as would be expected. That is, God should be treated as more responsible than man, but instead man is treated as more responsible.
