They reason these videos are so good is because you go into these working class so called ‘bad’ areas and you’re almost always greeted with warmth and respect.
You’re doing a great job of showing that all of these areas, despite their issues, are filled with good genuine people no different from the people living in more affluent areas.
It would be interesting if you made a ‘drinking in somewheres poshest pub’ video, because I wonder would you be greeted with the same levels of respect as you are in these 🤔

To be fair though when you get to know these warm people, they do tend to be a bit of a mess and don't even respect themselves, nice on the surface but doesn't really work does it xD
I live in such an area, it just "is what it is".
But I've also lived in really well off areas and they are meh.
I'm 65 now, but as a kid, we used to go to Skeggy or Cleethorpes from SK12.
There are less than 10 photo's of my life, but I appreciate the one of mum, dad, my brother me having breakfast in Butlins, circa 1963.
That's what it's all about init 👍
54 here, but I have great memories of Butlins Skegness and we did Butlins Filey one year. Great place for the kids back then, loads to keep you occupied, I went back with my kids about 15 years ago and it wasn't quite the same although we still had a great time.
I actually feel sorry for later generations.

That changed my peception of Skeggy somewhat. It looks like a rather nice, clean place to go. Whatever they're doing there, they're doing it right.

I love Skegness and Ingoldmells my nan used to have a static caravan there I've had many happy holidays there growing up. I've just had a holiday at Skegness got back last week and going again next year as the kid's love it.

I've never been, however I've always turned my nose up at Skeggy. For no other reason than I just bought in to the stories that I've heard. You know what? That place looks banging!!! I really want to visit now after watching that!

I was in Skegness 3rd-9th of August for the first time ever and i did enjoy it to be honest i will definitely be back.

I was in Skeggy back in the 1980's. Great place and lovely people very friendly, good fish "N" chips. Close all borders and keep Britain British ! Thank you.

That roller coaster is one of the smoothest 😂😂 good advert for them with the fireworks they put on at night. Magic memories for kids

Another great video, loved the ending on the Rollercoaster! Churchill’s is a great bar, especially in the day as is Wellies you walked past. Not been for a few years as we go to Cleethorpes, dozens of pubs there, there’s 2 in the train station. Anyway keep doing what you’re doing, in your words “banging” 👍🏻🍺🍺

Be careful in Skegness these days, specially at night. It is full of travellers. Used to love going for a spring long weekend but after the last couple of times it genuinely does not feel safe on a night time because of them. Unfortunate really.
Used to work the doors in Skegness and Ingoldmells not long ago was an interesting experience for sure

My grandparents had a caravan here, we used to go a few times every year when I was growing up. It’s mainly a sh1t hole full of scummy people and has been for more or less the last 30 years. Once Eastgate market became fantasy island, that was it 👎🏼

Used to go to Ingoldmells every year with my parents when i was a lad. That was way before it got built up and so commercial. Only holiday we could afford......had some great times.
