This video is to show you what I eat in a day to ensure I get high protein into my diet to support my goals and everyday activities and training.
I eat high protein to help me build muscle and gain mass to keep me strong and lifting heavy in the gym.
I hope you take some meal and food inspiration from this video. This is a realistic day of eating and what I ate on this day. I wish I felt that healthy buzz after a healthy meal or a good job. Maybe im not pushing myself enough. Or maybe Im programmed different lol
You probably just haven’t done it long enough to feel the difference in how good you feel. 1 meal or 1 workout won’t make a difference but a few weeks of consistency makes a big difference. It’s not about starving yourself or eating foods you don’t like just to “be healthy” it’s finding what you like and what you enjoy
