Hello! It's really a struggle to lose weight especially when ordering food online is just a few clicks away. This time, I really want it to be serious-that's why I vlogged it. I dunno, it's just a different kind of discipline if you're filming it. I feel like someone's watching me (when I vlog it), and I have to really adhere to these different meal plans. Nevertheless, I still treat myself almost every day with some of my fave snacks, I just make sure that I still go below 1200 calories per day.
To anyone who is also trying to lose weight, I hope this video would help you achieve that goal. You've got this, and I'm rooting for you

I'm 4"10 and seriously struggle with not overeating. My maintenance is only 1.3k cals so it is very easy to go over. Thanks for vlogging, your meals help guide me on what foods to eat.

hi! im wondering if this sustains you? and how many calories you consume in the day? hopefully it matches your body weight and height. i understand that every body is different and i was once in this diet. and i did lose weight, but yoyo-ed back because of too much restriction that it destroyed my relationship with food. sustainability is important in the long run. xx

Just thug it out. The stomach noises never really stop tbh
also, when your stomach rumbles it means there is no liquids in it, so maybe just drink plenty of water or tea while you so fast! hope this helps

@@halahlo8046i think that it's just low cal salad and that's why they call it "diet" beacuse sometimes salads can be very high in calories (for example because of sauces, meat, croutons, cheese, etc.)

idk what app she used but i use a similar app called LIFE Fasting, super easy to use and it’s free, hope this helps ^^
I am sorry but I don't think 1200 calories for a full-grown woman even if she wants to be in a calorie deficit is enough (for most women maintenance is around 2100-2300 depending on height and weight).
Instead, your body can think you are undergoing starvation and will hold on to your stored reservoirs even more strongly and can slow down your metabolism. It is always better to keep your deficit within 500 calories less than your usual maintenance calories.
Other than that you are doing great, best of luck on your journey!

A) it is not sustainable for a long time, you know slow and steady wins the race
B) It slows down the metabolism over the time
C) In most cases it leads to eating disorders

in asian countries, the beauty standard is being pale so that could be the reason. but if youre out too long in the sun, it can damage your skin in the long run (skin cancer and wrinkly skin at an earlier age)

It's ok for women to eat 1200 calories while dieting. Especially if your BMR is naturally low because of short height and/or lack of exercise. But you shouldn't go below 1200 calories on *long* diets.

That is not true each person is unique. I am quite short and have a sedentary lifestyle so I only need to eat 1700 calories to maintain my weight and to lose weight I should eat around 1400 for a healthy and steady weight loss.
