omg 1200 is too low. If you're doing this, please note that this is only for short term and inappropriate for most adults. Once you stop eating just 1200 calories, you'll gain the weight easily. It's better to do something that's good for your long term lifestyle. These are what worked for me & my friends: lemon water before 1st meal, green tea daily, intermittent fasting, eating healthy (whole foods, veggies, fruits, etc), daily walks / activity (gym, run, biking, etc), limit junk food, sodas, alcohol. These are better than 1200 calorie deficit. I lost weight even without going to the gym for months, i mostly walk a lot or yoga for my daily activity. When i did calorie deficit, i didn't feel good after few weeks & counting made me stressed lol now i feel better, look better and live better. For reference I'm 160cm , 53kg. I just hope this helps! And i highly suggest doing activities as much as you can like something you enjoy so it won't feel like a work out

I am sorry but I don't think 1200 calories for a full-grown woman even if she wants to be in a calorie deficit is enough (for most women maintenance is around 2100-2300 depending on height and weight). Instead, your body can think you are undergoing starvation and will hold on to your stored reservoirs even more strongly and can slow down your metabolism. It is always better to keep your deficit within 500 calories less than your usual maintenance calories.

Dietitians question if 1600 calories is enough to properly nourish the body during weight loss, let alone 1200!! please eat more this isn't healthy, during weight loss the ideal amount of calories for anyone under 200 pounds is 1800 cal. if your still growing or are physically active then it should be 2000. You look very healthy right now and i suspect you do not need to lose weight, but if you feel as though you must a deficit of 1800-2000 calories with physical activity will always be healthier then 1200 calories which has been shown to destroy peoples metabolisms

It's ok for women to eat 1200 calories while dieting. Especially if your BMR is naturally low because of short height and/or lack of exercise. But you shouldn't go below 1200 calories on *long* diets.
I'm very short and my BMR is around 1100ckal. Eating only between 1200-1400ckal/day is actually the only way for me to loose weight (that includes lifting weight daily and additional cardio or walks). When I eat over 1600ckal/day for a long period of time, I always end up gaining weight instead 🤷

For eg, I only need 1400 calories a day I eat almost the same but currently I’m on a 1100 calorie deficit which is fine since I’m gonna be doing it only for 3 months after I’ll stick to having 1400 because that’s literally all my body needs. Actually , i would have replaced that lunch with, a 25 gram of bread and one spoon of light jam and 15 gram of cheese anf egg white and cucumber and one fig honestly, it will be more filling and more delicious, I don't like avocado at all so it would be discussteng for me to eat that much of avocado

That is not true each person is unique. I am quite short and have a sedentary lifestyle so I only need to eat 1700 calories to maintain my weight and to lose weight I should eat around 1400 for a healthy and steady weight loss.

Just thug it out. The stomach noises never really stop tbh
also, when your stomach rumbles it means there is no liquids in it, so maybe just drink plenty of water or tea while you so fast! hope this helps
