      Thankuhh so muchh Dr Hansa Maa..i suffer really very badly during periods..but im a very beginner in yoga..i can stretch very very less..

      @@kashishrajput3919 yoga will help. When it comes to flexibility, try.. but dont follow other's body, follow yours without any complex. Practice will enhance flexibility

    Dr Asiakale you are indeed God sent, I usually have a very painful flow ever since I was 17years old, I have tried using different drugs but the pains doesn't stop nor go, I have been living with it and managing with the pain each time my monthly circle comes but ever since last year December when I started using your herb the pains has been subsided and I feel better and comfortable each time my flows comes now.       I would highly suggest also seeing an endometriosis specialist and google search "Nancy's Nook Endo".

      If you are having continues period flow for many days then consult a doctor urgently. And then you can try the asanas for regulating cramps. You can eat haldi chana to reduce the flow.

    My yoga guru instructs, while we are going against gravity, we just breathe in..
    But ma ji instructs to breathe out while raising the leg.
    Please clear my doubt..

      I had been taught that when you're doing any movement that compresses your lungs, you should exhale to deepen the movement. So when the leg is coming towards your heart, your body is getting compressed, so breathe out

    Hello one of my friend is suffering from anixety illness, and she is having irregular periods ,but when tested for thyroid it is normal, but she is feeling low n also she is getting negative thoughts ,like she will die or she may become mental in these way, n she is gtg late night sleep too,as she is feeling n she has shared with me n with her mom also but sometimes it ll trigger her, when the thoughts arises she ll Become anixous , So what is solution i need to give her please tell me the solution so that I may help her.
