    This was great. It released the sadness/guilt of not being able to workout during periods. Not being able to work out for 4-5 days really disrupts the flow but this will help maintain it. It was amazing. Very relaxing and not too much, just the right amount. Thank you!

    Almost 1 year ago I came across this video and was doing it on my periods (noy every time 😅). Since last two months I am doing my workouts regularly including this one too! Today(21.6.2022) on my day1 of period I did it twice and for the first time ever I touched my forehead to the ground and to the knees!!! I am super happy now and also these exercises are so relaxing!     As someone who’s been struggling with PCOS for more than 5 years , I cannot stress how amazing this workout was . Recently I’ve been so bloated before my periods and it’s so tiring and causes a lot of fatigue both mentally and physically . I tried this workout today even though I’m not on my period but the bloating was too much , and I feel so better . Even your voice is so relaxing and it almost feels like I had a meditation session .       I'm also struggling from PCOS for more than 5 years. I don't know whether I can overcome it someday but still have faith on my God. He doesn't give something to anyone that she can't handle. May you get the wellness.💯

    This is the great way to pamper and love our body. When I had my first period, I was nervous and wondering why women have to go through this pain. Now, I believe this whole experience is really divine and beautiful in it's own way. Women have this ability to give birth to a new creature basically, give life from her life. Women are like living creatures who have cosmic energy inside their body. I see myself as powerful and courageous , whenever I am on my periods.

    Amazing full stretch! My body was sore after a week's heavy workout then I got the nasty period cramps. Was in absolute discomfort. Tried it right now. Immediate relaxation! Awesome routine. Subscribed.

    Really helpful..... I would have a very bad cramps on my periods.... I did this workout and wow I don't have the cramps and I feel my body stretched a lot.... ❤❤

    It looks so easy . I also try but it's not so easy to stretch ur legs during periods.. though no doubt it gives me a relaxing mood & also cool down my irritation. But when I do yoga during my period, I always focus on my pads 🤣🤣

    Hey ! I'm sorry if this is going to be long .
    I got my periods yesterday evening, when I just reached hostel after 6 hours tiring travel from my home 🏠. I put on the habit to wake up early when I was at home because of my parents and the beautiful village environment.
    But ,today I wake up with so much pain , discomfort, aching body and a stain .
    After changing nd all I was about to get back into bed ,but then I decided to do some exercise nd followed this beautiifullest therapy with you. I just loved it , especially the affirmations at the end ...haaye !! Beautiful ❤

    Hi Gunjan, hope you will be in good health. I just randomly searched this video 2days back as I am diagnosed with pcos this year and idk mjhe ek certain point pe peche back mai kitne arse se drd horha tha itna drd k pressure do tou cheekh nikalati thi. Khair kal mjhe medicines k through periods hue and as my bleeding wasn't normal (very light flow) tou I thought to try this out kal raat mai. I give it a try and now my back wants to say thanks to you kal krty wqt pain horha tha back mai esp when you ask to hold the legs and roll hon 😅 but alhamdulillah it's very low now pressure se daba rhi hu us jgha tou pain bht minor bearable hai ab back wala and aj it helped me for having normal flow abhi subha se the flow is good thank you so so much love. May Allah swt reward you for this ❤️

    Am in periods, i was worried I couldn't do workouts, found this video very useful, after doing couple of exercises itself am smiling, I am feeling happy, am smiling and smiling not sure why, my mind is relaxed, thank u so much for these exercises

    I am 16 yrs old girl..suffering with endometriosis and anal fissure..I always have a painful period which prolonged towards rectum..but after doing these exercises I really feel relaxed..and happy

    Di jab jab apne eyes close ke liye kaha mujhe mehsus hua ki mere charo taraf hari wadiya h or mere samne ek jharna sa that was soo sooo beautiful or esa bhi laga di ki koi h jo humare is period ki taklif ko samjhta thank you di ap pass hote to hug kar leti or ye exercise mere liye ab tak ki best thi thank you di
