    Use Pulsetto to powerfully stimulate your Vagus Nerve via the neck. Review here: th-cam.com/video/NZXiReL3sGE/w-d-xo.html

    The 5:5 breathing pattern is magic. So many good things here

    A lot of people don't work with basic boring stuff like Sleep, Food, Exercise, CBT(philosophy), and at the same time looking/buying magic supplements or devices.
    Physiology doesn't work that way.
    I suppose every biohacking questing should start with the basic boring things, and only when you get most of them - talk about stacks, interventions, protocols ...

      @HRVHackers  ปีที่แล้ว

      True but according to the stats of most of my videos people are far more interested in devices and supplements than learning the basics 🤔

    Have you ever heard of dysautonomia? There’s something called vagal excess, and I’m trying to understand in vagal simulation can benefit those individuals.

    • @HRVHackers
      @HRVHackers  ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm dealing with that myself. Usually Dysautonomia is caused by lack of vagal activity Rather than vagal excess. How do you know that you're dealing with vagal excess?

      @@HRVHackers there’s a team of doctors in NJ who created a test for the various types of dysautonomia. Some of there patients are advised not to stimulate vagal tone. Could you clarify? I think there was a typo.

    • @HRVHackers
      @HRVHackers  ปีที่แล้ว

      Fixed grammar. Yes I agree some people have too much vagal tone and can faint and have other side effects. so they would not be advised to do Vagus stim exercises
