    You saved my mental health 4 months ago. My fiance was rushed to the hospital with a life-threatening disease. If it weren't for you, I don't know how my mental health would have been. This video is golden ❤

    You are my favourite. Just so calming. Consistency is what I need to work towards. It's amazing when you are in fight or flight that all you know to help yourself just disappears. It's not easy, but I know it will get easier. Thank you.

    I’ve had a tough few years, what with one thing after another, culminating in cardiac ablation in June 23, which has truly messed with my vagus nerve and bottomed out my HRV.
    I KNOW I should be meditating and doing breath-work, but I always put it off! You answered my question as to why I’m constantly prevaricating instead of simply getting on with it. Now I know what the reason is I can deal with it and do the work. Thank you. 🙏

    Thank you especially for what you said at the very end of the meditation… The availability to cause before responding in a stressful situation, which is something that happened to me last night with family, if I can add a 10% of growth rather than one percent that many of your clients are seeking. Just hope next time things are stressful with family. I can remember your suggestion to just pause! I sometimes think OK just take a moment and then it’s like still. I need jerk reaction in response to someone who has upset me. But I’m gonna keep working on it until it improves 100%, thank you

    Just discovered Justin caffrey and have started playing the sleep meditation before bed which I have found really good. Justin has a very soothing voice. Just listened to the video above enjoyed it but found it hard to do the nasal breathing. I was ok with initial inhale for 4, but couldn't exhale through my nose for 6 so I had to switch to exhaling through my mouth, I wonder is this just as beneficial. I don't think having blocked sinuses has helped.

    Hi Justin!
    Thank you for your meditation. I cried a lot at the end because I had such a bad neck pain and a brain fog. It did clear. I was unable to have a refreshing nap for 2 days because of that.
    What meditation would you recommend for the pain specifically, that is not too long. 17 to 20 min is usually enough for me.

    Hi,
    Can we do this lying down on mat, or sitting posture only?
    Sitting posture causes numbness in leg area & it becomes uncomfortable after a while.
    Please guide

    Justin if I could take a moment of your time to ask a question please. Could you do this meditation lying on a bed. I have a problem with my back that prevents me from adopting a traditional meditation position. Thank you for this and your time.

    • @JustinCaffrey
      @JustinCaffrey  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Phil, absolutely. That’s no problem. I usually do say that at the start but forgot to for this one. The focus on the nasal breathing is the key. Best wishes, Justin.

    I can never lengthen my exhale through the nose like I can through the mouth. How can I learn that?

    • @JustinCaffrey
      @JustinCaffrey  ปีที่แล้ว

      Try to hold the air in a let it out a little slower than how you inhaled. It may take a bit of practice. We breath in and out quickly when trapped in fight-flight, so slowing this down helps the nervous system know that it is time to recover. ✅💫🙏
