    I'm a new follower. Been doing your workouts consistently for 2 weeks and I have already seen a huge difference. What brought me to you was a scare with my Heart. My Dr's said I need to get healthy and lose weight and reduce stress. When I typed in low impact workouts I found you guys. I'm down a pants size, arms are smaller. Waist is more defined. And that's with your workouts and 30 minute walks every day at a brisk pace. Yes I've altered my eating some and reduced my popcorn intake to zero unless I'm at the movies which is once a month. At 48 and in menopause, and a scare with my heart you guys have given me HOPE!! 🎉

    I’ve been following your workouts for two weeks now and today was the first day I didn’t struggle and have to take breaksl! I’ve also lost weight too! I love the low impact workouts, it’s not awful on my knees or back.. or pelvic floor for that matter! I’m only 29 but after having two kids I feel it, especially when working out. 😂 I struggle when it comes to doing high impact workouts that have a lot of jumping in them.

    As someone who recently had a heart attack and has major posture challenges, this workout was both accessible and challenging. It allowed me to speed up and slow down when needed and also targeted areas in my hips and shoulder blades where I am really tight. Thank you all for this so much!

    I have to do low impact thanks to a genetic condition but crap you weren't kidding about intensity. I got a bit 🤢 half way through but rallied and very proud of myself for completing it.
    Coming from someone who used to be a partial wheelchair user I'm taking it as an accomplishment ❤ don't take mobility for granted people!

    I saved this workout. I am about 40 lbs overweight and have knee discomfort and shoulder impingement. I found this workout challenging yet doable with some slight modifications. For example, I don't punch overhead; I punch forward. As another user states, I had to slow down
    on some moves (like the last one) to focus on form and gain coordination. I am on three weeks of working out consistently. This workout really got my heart rate up! I burned 178 calories. Thanks! I will be back

    Just did this workout after a long time of no exercise! I'm sweating and my heart rate is up! Definitely be doing more of these thank you ! Loved the exercises, just triggle with the last move of the lunge and kick. Everything else was great!

    @Juice&Toya- AWESOME workout. It's the kind of workout that you don't feel like doing a workout but you do it to keep moving. I reckon I burned at least 250 calories based on when I walk and the resultant readings afterwards. Thanks a lot 👍🏿💯💕

    Thank you for these low impact workouts! I’ve been struggling to get back in to working out after getting diagnosed with fibro. I had to really dial it back and this video made me feel hopeful I can get back to the workouts I used to do before ❤ I just need to still with low impact for a little while lol

    I was a professional dancer 5 years ago....i stopped dancing due to cervical injurie. This routine may seem easy, but believe me, i struggled. I did the same routine yesterday and my body aches so bad 🔥......OMG, it really challenged me. I feel so happy and motivated even though my body hates me right now.😂😂😂 thank you for this wonderful routine.
