    I hope you are using soft references in that data table (and classes) or every asset/class it references will be always loaded into RAM.

    dont use the quote "AR 15"... make some name up instead. because AR 15 is trademarked.

      will do, just placeholder for now ultimatley plan to make mock ups of real world guns since my game is set in the future and how I would imagine them in 50 or so years

      Doesn't matter in this context. He's not selling AR-15 rifles, he's not violating any trademark. On top of that, the trademark is essentially dead. There are thousands of people selling AR-15 rifles. Colt hasn't sued any of them. By failing to enforce their trademark, Colt has made it unenforceable.

    You really should come up with an actual plan of what steps you're gonna take before making a tutorial because this is just a mess to try and follow. Not to mention most people aren't gonna be using Maya so all of that stuff is quite unhelpful information. Not to mention it's kind of strange to decide to use such a bunk model made entirely with tris instead of quads and being completely solid rather than pieced out to actually be used in Unreal.
    It's just really weird and sloppy and not very well structured for actual learning. You also easily could've just copied the location of the initial gun base model for the silencer and then just move along the one axis you need to actually move it...

      never said it was a tutorial bruv just a documentation of my pipeline and how I work, its also not flawless or planned its on the go as a point of reference
