OMG you guys. I bought this and just used it for the first time 3 nights ago. I've had these lines on my forehead that drive me crazy more than any other fine lines I have. I've tried so many things to diminish those forehead lines. I got this and the very first night I used it I really enjoyed putting it on. It's fragrance free, which is fine although I do like fragrance in my face cream but understand that many women do not. It went on nice and smooth and left my skin velvety smooth. I didn't really expect it do do much but when I woke up in the morning and looked in the mirror i was absolutely SHOCKED. So much so I kept going back to the bathroom mirror to look at my face. lol My forehead lines had almost completely disappeared. I'm NOT kidding. I LOVE this product. Recommend 100%.
I'm 52 and Olay Retinol 24 (plus good genes) has my skin looking like I'm 28. Compliments from everyone. I used Lamer, Eh... Periccone MD, a'ite.....but this???? I'm in love!!
@@DM-pi8jj It's probably very similar if not the same, but I wouldn't want to use it as my ONLY moisturiser. If you experience irritation from it, you will want to have something retinol-free to fall back on for a few days.

I am embarrassed to say I am almost 45 and never had a skin routine...noticed how dry my skin was getting. I started to use the eye cream and moisturizer and I use the same product in red bottle during the day....I need to add the serum to the nightly routine..Thank you for the review
Thanks for the review! But I just wanted to give a suggestion, the way you were applying the eye cream... Was not the right way! Just go in one direction while applying cream/gels around the eyes since the skin is very sensitive and does get loose if you go back and forth!

I use retinol. There’s a video by gothamista that helps understand the process of using them and how to minimize the discomfort you will feel at the beginning. There’s a lot of different forms of vitamin A, with varying levels of efficacy in over the counter cosmetics. I have experienced less irritation by layering other products under the retinol (essences and moisturizers). Love your vids! :)

Like I said in the video, after applying it the first night, I was really skeptical because there was no irritation at all. I'm new to essences! Still testing out one in the morning!
I’m going to try these! I was using ZO retinol and it irritated my skin for 2 months. Then I bought the ZO non retinol skin brightener and that also irritated my skin. $250 dollars later, I’m going to try the more affordable OLAY 24 and hope it works!

You don’t really need the eye cream. It has exactly the SAME ingredients as the night cream. In general, eye creams are just a gimmick. Use the serum and the moisturiser and you’ll be glowing girl ♥️
@@antimajoshi3412 I started with The Ordinary’s granactive retinoid. then over the course of several months, I moved up to Cerave’s retinol serum (purple packaging) and FAB’s retinol eye cream and used them 4-5 x a week. After a while I started to noticed that my skin texture was changing and I was looking kinda dull. I stopped using retinol since then. The only actives I use now are AHA/BHA, vitamin c, and peptides. However, I do wanna slowly start retinol back up, but I’ll probably only use it 2-3 x a week.
I would recommend not using it in the a.m. Retinol makes your skin more senstive to UV rays. Also make sure you are using SPF 30 or higher. ThePiccoloRocks
I agree with ThePiccoloRocks. Retinol makes your skin sensitive so just use this as night as suggested and perhaps use the Olay Moisturizer with SPF 40 in the AM (the red jar)
You are not supposed to use it around eyes, corners of mouth and both side corners of nose. When using retinol cream/serum, first layer your eyes+lip corners+nose corners side with under eye cream and seal with pure petroleum jelly then use this cream/serum. Hope it helps

Olay specifically recommends not using the serum and the moisturiser together, as they both contain retinol.
do you know if the moisturizer can be used in the eye area, instead of the separate eye cream?
