1:51 - That's by far the most important point in this entire video, i.e. looking after your body before you even touch a single off-the-shelf product.
The effects of a good diet, quality sleep, exercise, and avoiding alcohol/smoking, are 100x more effective than any "anti-aging" product that exists. Some won't like hearing that, but it's true. If you abuse and assault your body from multiple angles, then spend half your income of countless products trying to "look younger", you're barking up the wrong tree and trying to push back the tide with a broom.

12:06 I don't understand this. Olay Regenerist has retinol already in it. I would assume using another retinol with it would be going a little overboard with the retinol and probably cause irritation, flaking, and dryness.

I got the Olay Regenerist Night 24 but I find its texture is not very nice. It sits on top of the skin like a layer of silica rather than absorbing into the skin. I don't find it moisturising at all. Fortunately not a super expensive product (around £22 in UK) so I mix it with my Tropics Night cream which leaves my skin feeling and looking hydrated. Can't comment on if it has any impact on signs of aging as yet. Eucerin however has been amazing on my extremely dry chicken bump skin on my arms and legs (thanks menopause!).

I have to say the biggest change I've made that has made the biggest impact on my skin has been sunscreen and using tretinoin plus an exfoliating body wash and just taking care of my skin with cerave hydrating toner and equalrxn pha serum and b5 toner along with honest hydrogel cream and vanicream facial moisturizer and sunscreen my skin doesn't get irritated anymore or blotchy and red. I dont fall for the trap of using peptides or antioxidants because i think they are all gimmicks accept for the CE ferulic that has actual evidence supporting its efficacy.

I know this is not related to the video, but I’ve been using CeraVe’s Resurfacing retinol for roughly a month now for my acne prone skin.
I have been using it at night only after I cleanse. However the cleanser I use is CeraVe’s Acne Foaming Cream Cleanser w/ Benzoyl Peroxide. I’ve seen people say it’s okay to use these two CeraVe products together, but I’ve also heard you shouldn’t.. what’s right?!

Find a light-weight and non-greasy eye serum. Make sure it is not in a tub as well, it is better if the application is like a pump. I got mine from Invity and after using it every day for about 2-3 months, my eyebags became less puffy and less dark too.

Lots of foods like bananas, apples, grapes, carrots, onions, spinach have formaldehyde-releasing properties as do shampoos, etc. The dose makes the poison. Formaldehyde-releasing properties can be dangerous in high levels, but are found naturally in safe, small amounts around us. If it was a carcinogen, I'm sure she wouldn't promote it. It's also been used by thousands+ of people so we wouldn't heard wind if this product was carcinogenic by now

it could be too harsh for your skin. use an essence to soothe any irritation or redness. and instead of retinol, try getting a retinoid serum instead as it is better for sensitive skin. i have been using the retinoid serum from invity, and it does not irritate my skin at all. but if you're still worried, incorporate an essence too.

Hi Everyone, I have Oily-Acne prone skin type and I live in Dubai, UAE..
May I ask if anyone can answer me if I can use the following together at night time routine:
    1. Toner - COSRX Centella Water Alcohol-Free Toner 150m
    2. Serum - Some By Mi Propolis B5 Glow Barrier Calming Serum
    Or
The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 Hydrator, 30 Ml
    3. Retinol - Olay Night Cream: Regenerist Retinol 24 Moisturiser, 50G

The only concern is your serum has tea tree water and that could cause irritation with retinol. I have oily, acne-prone skin too and all the other ingredients: centella, propolis, and hydrators + retinol are added to my routine too!

My opinion, wait at least few years, you have your 30s, 40s etc. use it.

No. Just find a good basic routine of cleanse, tone and moisturize and be super consistent about doing it twice a day for the rest of your life, just like brushing your teeth. And use sunscreen. I’m 69 and have only just started trying retinol and it doesn’t make much difference cause my skin is pretty good for my age. Retinol is kind of irritating.

u can try the needle-less instant filler from invity. you can feel your forehead tighten and more firm once u apply it for a while. i use it everyday after moisturizer and my forehead wrinkles reduced a lot.

I'm just discovering this video, but there seems to be something wrong with it. It's like "spastic" or something. It actually gives me headache trying to watch it. It seems to be moving fast forward and then stopping or something it's just weird. Movements are " jerk-y" for lack of a better word. I had to just listen without looking. 🥶 I will try some of these products.
