Somebody please make a permanent vaccine for cold...it keep bringing me to bed rest often. I think i have to start living in a remote place where this cold virus cannot reach.

They tend to be more for allergies, not much help when you have a viral cold. Infact more of a hindrance, I tell my pts not to take them if ill as the side effects can make you more drowsy :)
I uses to get alot of colds and flu not had anything in the lasts ten years since changing my diet lots of dark green vegatables and supplements drinking enough warter throughout the day not had any form of virus not sure if arm normal becauses i dont get anything.

I stopped having colds and flu altogether when I cut out sugar and stuck to eating whole foods, especially red meat.

Make sure its somewhere very isolatated, maybe somewhere up north and remote. Somewhere where it is very....cold

Interesting video. I get annual flu jab every year in September or October.. I have asthma. I only see gp regarding a bad cold

I am catching cold every two weeks. Is it allergy or any kind of weird infection?
