That's so weird. The Bánh Mì place is literally down the street from me. Didn't expect to see Carrollton that close. Lol Amazing stuff. I gotta try the combo one now.. I've only been to the Pho place in the same strip. Lol
This is VERY random but I am Korean (I grew up in the U.S,) and my mom has called paper towels "kitchen towels" my entire life. Consequently, I always called them kitchen towels until high school when I got into a minor disagreement with several of my friends who were adamant they were called "paper towels." None of them had ever heard paper towels be called "kitchen towels" before. So I started calling them paper towels after that thinking it was some random thing my Mom came up with until now when you called them "kitchen towels" @3:17. I feel weirdly validated. Anyways, love this series hope you come do a food vlog here in Seattle some day.

I think so many people forget that so much of Texas’ border is…Mexico. I’ve seen so many comments like Texas doesn’t know tacos or Mexican food, you need to come to LA for that lol. Y’all. Sure Texas has TexMex food but they also have amazeballs legit Mexican food, and yes, tacos. People are so bizarre. 😂🤣
Like for reals Californias act like only they have Mexicans in California if anything we have a wider variety of Mexicans from different states of Mexico than they do who mostly are from Tijuana how boring is that. My mom's is from Oaxaca and my Dad is from Zacatecas and my Wife from Yucatán so I get a taste of all of Mexico from Ceviche, Cochinita pibil, Gorditas de Zacatecas and Banana leaf Tamales from Oaxaca. They need to recognize that California ain't the only State that has Authentic Mexican food plus as a Texan we have the best BBQ in the country to top it off
Being a Texan, born and raised in Dallas, Its great to see EL SI Hay getting some TH-cam recognition, in my opinion they have the best tacos around, I'm 49 years old and have been buying corn from that man since I was 12 years old and in my opinion because I grew up all around the Dallas area he introduced corn in a cup to Dallas but back before they put it in a cup, it was on the cobb, which I think is way better. 😎😎
I live five minutes from both the sandwich and cookie shop, and have never been to either. I'm going to try to hit both this weekend. Thanks for making this video.

So the locals thought you went a bit over on the BBQ ordered 😅. I grew up in San Diego, so I am used to good tacos including fish 😋. Mexican coke a must if available. Should let your viewers, who may not be aware, BBQ is very regional, from Texas to Kansas City to Memphis to the Carolina’s. Each has their own distinct seasonings, sauces.
