What was the switch how did you wire it in for v boost info please
there are kits sold for this, the boost opens at 3k instead of 6k. very handy. the wiring is simple but please dont be sloppy with wire nuts and tape and crap, when the connections corrode you lose the boost completely. trust me, I was an idiot.
