Mam hamari roti to belte belte hi tut ja rahi hai😢😢😢
Same!
jwar ki roti ko hat se bnaya jata hai mostly belan use nhi krte
What is the ratio of atta :water
1:1
Nonstick tava use madabedi roti sariyagi rost agudilla
Do not need tihis do it proper way isko belne nahi chahiye kyonki ise hato se press karhi banate hai
Equal quantity se to ye ekdum halwa ban gaya tha mere
Try using a bit less water if you find the dough hard you can later use a bit water while needing and needing is the trick for good roti
Stop using this non stick pan it's not good for health.
My roti breaks
