looks delicious!!!!!! i bet they are a little crustier than croissants you usually see to make up for all the filling so they don't get too mushy/soft while waiting to be enjoyed by someone. i would love the difference in texture of the creamy filling and the crispy croissant!
People the cream is stabilizing it’s self if mixed long enough and the flavor fillings are already very sweet so no sugar required and don’t forget most of Asian countries love deserts a bit more mild on sweetness.
