Loved the recipe and definitely going to try it. Few things I admired: 1. No eggs used ❤ 2. Didn’t waste ingredients like other cooks do, even that smallest bit of vanilla essence was wiped from bowl by the baker. 😊

Don't be scared! I am a pastry chef and have been for years and let me tell you nothing is more satisfying than making croissants. It takes a little patience and practice, but what doesn't just get in the kitchen give it your best attempt and remember there are no failures just learning experiences
Pain au chocolat, chocolatine, croissant au chocolat...sérieusement de combat inutile. Surtout que ce sont 3 choses différentes. Ou je suis on fait réellement un pain AU CHOCOLAT, chocolatine, qui est carré avec un intérieur au chocolat ET croissant au chocolat similaire à la vidéo. Bref une guerre inutile par des incultes.

I feel like croissants tomorrow/day after tomorrow and it’s about maybe a lazy hour and a half over 2 or 3 days depending on my fridge time. Seriously worth it for fresh, unfrozen croissants.

Hi there, I also made these lovely creations and they turn out as per the video! The only concern was the oven temperature seemed a tad low for my oven so I increased it a little (190). I wanted to know: we’re the two holes each filled, or was that an air exit hole? FYI: Lots of happy people made short work of them! 🙂💕🥐😋
I tried this recipe, and everyting went on extremely well until the final proofing. Nothing happened, even after five hours in a closed oven at 26 degrees celcius. Do someone have any idea what went wrong? Otherwise a really good recipe, great video with great instructions!
Just wondering if it's possible to do this at home in tropical countries because I have tried other recipes and the butter squeezed out whenever I started rolling the dough
