What actions will you take to make yourself a better person and be the leader who can help make the world a better place? Way too often we hear how important it is for leaders to lead from the front, but after eight years in AIESEC and one year as the president of the organization, Niels came to think otherwise. Here's a case for why leading from behind could be the style needed for the future. One of the best ways to gain a new understanding of the world is to live, volunteer or work abroad. AIESEC student programs offer global experiences to create positive change in communities and on yourself.
Niels Caszo, a college graduate with a degree in Economics and Commerce with a focus on communications and training, has been reaching this goal by leading and developing youth worldwide. Niels hopes one day to redefine what it means to be a “billionaire:” positively impacting the lives of a billion people.
