Does anyone else save a few days of videos to have an Angie Christmas binge session or just me? LOL will be back to watch this one 🙂
🤣❤️
Sameeeee!!!!! And Ill rewatch them all the time too ❤
I'm off all over Christmas and plan to cozy up and binge watch them all, one after the other 😁 they relax me so much and help with my anxiety xx
🙌🏼❤️❤️❤️same
Same. I do that but this year with the new house I can't do that so I watch each day 😊
Your foot pain could be from walking around the house on hard flooring without some sort of slipper or shoe on. This happened to me and the doctor told me to wear slippers on hardwood floors and also recommended shoes with arch support.
I Agree! When I leaved in Japan we had wooden floors, my feet hurt so bad! I had to wear slippers (with hard bottoms) around the house! Hard bottom slippers may need to go on Angie’s Christmas list this year!
Here to help with your feet! I’m a manual physical therapy (physiotherapy) student (only 4 more months until I graduate) in the states and have some tips for you. Keep rolling your feet out and possibly start adding in your calves. If you still have your vibrating roller use that because it’ll bust up any tight spots faster than most anything else. You can use a massage gun or ball too. Go after your legs from the knee down front, sides, and back because typically the muscles further up your leg get forgotten despite how influential they are on our feet. Second, try out some supportive shoes. They don’t have to look ugly to be good for your feet. Or add an insole like Superfeet to your current shoes. Some shoe brands people love are dansko, Birkenstock (not great for Canadian winter I know), Taos, vionic, Blundstones (which are great boots that last a long time), hoka sneakers, merrell, and teva. Sorry for the long comment. I’m a long time subscriber and love your videos! Thank you for being so authentic and real ❤
Roiling my feet on a racquet ball before I went to bed cleared up my plantar fascitus. It was a cheap fix just set them on the floor roll your feet on them my foot pain was gone in a week. Sending healing vibes.
Toe spreaders! Use them while you're doing yoga. Totally cleared up my plantar fasciitis. And I tried everything else.
Love toe spreaders! I have 3 sets for while working out, when in the tub, sitting on the couch
ORDERED ❤ THANK YOU
The morning there looks beautiful. I’m not a snow person (lived in the south US all my life) but it looks gorgeous elsewhere.
The plantar fasciitis-as someone who has dealt with that-first thing in the morning before getting out of bed stretch your feet. So bend/pull your feet up towards you (as if you were standing on a hill going upwards, if that makes sense). Do this about 10 times to get your ligaments stretched out some because they get tight. Through the day, sit down and do the same thing. Do it about 3 or 4 times a day. I’ve always been told to take a frozen bottle of water and roll it under the foot but I have never been able to stand the stinging. You can take a tennis ball and roll it under there or have your husband massage it a bit from time to time. You just have to get the ligament loosened up and not so inflamed.
Thanks for the tours of the new house. It looks beautiful. Even my husband will pop in and say how wonderful the cabin is.
Morning routines 😍 this could not have came in a better time because I have been really slacking on my morning routines and I want to get right before the new year!!
YESSSSS !! Now is the perfect time ❤️
Your home reminds me so much of the place that you and Andre would go to get away at Christmas time, remember the cabin? Now you guys kind of live there! Isn't that awesome LOL you have your own little getaway forever, from all your hard work!!💞
Get you a pair of HOKA shoes!!! I swear they have changed my life! I actually want to move. The pain is almost gone.
Foot pain suggestion. Calf stretches daily. 3 sets 30 second hold.
Thank you so much !!
When I do my makeup I like to watch your videos!!! 🥰😍🤩
I had never had any type of foot pain until my 30s, and man was I in pain! I tried a few things suggested by others and what ended up working for me was a combo: New Balance tennis shoes were a game changer. Some might not be pleased about this one but Crocs! Especially the sandals for summer. Last one was painful but still worked, Dansko Clogs (suckers are so hard but really work). Also, probably best to not go barefoot for a while(this is where the crocs come in handy). Hope your fee feel better soon!
Thank you so much !! ❤️
Oofos flip flops…. Not cute but cured my foot issue. Love them for the house ❤. Merry Christmas 🎄🎁
I will never get over how much inspration you bring me to I love your videos
Aw thank you so much ! I’m happy to hear that ❤️ xoxox
@@AngieBellemare Your Welcome❤️
Dealt with very bad plantar fasciitis and Every day do the foot roller with ball, daily get a washcloth and with bare feet scrunch up the towel with toes from bottom of washcloth to top. Also need to wear good shoes in house (anything with arches) even certain slippers can have good arches like crocs. You should see about getting a special brace to wear during bedtime or even just watching movies. The brace keeps your foot straight which helps tremendously with the pain.
I struggled with planter fasciitis for a year. I used a massage gun on the bottom of my foot and my calf. It really help.
I’ve missed this format!!! Just you living your best life with a voice over 🎉
I have to say, the sunshine made me feel the happiness through the screen. Darn December lol
I cannot explain how happy your videos make me! Thank you for bringing us December Joy! 😊 I'm living vicariously through you guys! Its my dream to live in a wood log cabin in the snowy woods! Maybe one day!
Thanks for sharing your life with us during these cozy months and continuing to inspire us all, Angie! 🎄🙂
❤️❤️❤️
My husband suffered from the same foot problem and the kids bought him a pair of crocs to wear at home. That was 11 years ago and he hasn’t had any problems since. Worth a try😊
Yes always love your daily routine.
Angie, a few years ago I was suffering terribly with plantar fasciitis. I invested in feetures socks (Amazon) and haven’t had an issue since!!
Same! Ever since I bought their plantar fasciitis sock it has changed my life. I wear them everyday and they allow me to go barefoot instead of wearing shoes all day long. They are expensive but worth it.
I love all the Christmas mugs!!!
So exciting. Only 5 more days left until Christmas. Thanks so much for always bringing me joy with these videos. My daughter and I got hit with the flu so I am hoping it doesn’t last long. Having these videos to watch is wonderful. Thank you! 🎄🎅🏽🩷♥️
❤Merry Christmas Angie!!! Love This!!!!❤
I've missed the voice over format! Loved to see it again! ❤
I loved this morning routine. So freaking cozy❤❤ girl, you are living the dream
Hoping your feet feel completely better real soon Angie......so sorry for the discomfort. Loved seeing your morning routine in your beautiful new home ~ oh those gorgeous views!!! Have a super Merry Christmas, and enjoy your cruise!
Can not wait to see what you do with your new beautiful home over the next year❤
I live in the pacific north west.. aka rain-ville; but just travelled to mexico to spend Christmas with my brother. I am still watching these videos daily while Angie is still in the perfect Christmas setting. And I'll bet the florida house won't disappoint.
Happy Holidays to all the Bellemare, daily grind fans.
Your daily videos during Halloween and Christmas have become one of my favorite holiday traditions. Thanks for doing what you do Angie! ❤
The views from anywhere in your home is magical ✨🥰
I suffer from plantar fasciitis as well, i ended up getting shock wave on my foot and it cleared it right up, I went through my Chiropodist to book it. Also keep your calves and thighs really stretched out and loose, as well as your lower back. Lastly, when you wake up in the morning before getting out of bed use a towel to pull your toes back and stretch out your foot, all of these things should help 😊
Hi Angie. ❤ I had plantar fasciitis a while back. A friend of mine told me she had it and every day she would use a can of coke and roll her foot on it back and forth. I did it and eventually it went away and I never had it again. I did change the type of shoes I wore. I hope you feel better from that soon because it’s awful. The pain is horrible I know. ❤ thank your for sharing your morning routine. 😊
Yay thanks Angie a new morning routine ❤ I asked and you delivered!!
❤️❤️❤️
I always enjoy your morning routine! Thank you Angie. You are a beautiful soul ❤
Hi Angie, love your videos! I'm a sports therapist, here are some suggestions for foot pain. ( general suggestions without a specific assessment). 1) freeze a water bottle and roll the bottom of your foot on it. 2) foam roll your calves, specifically the lower calf muscles, then stretch calves with a bent knee . 3) strengthen ankle inversion and eversion by sitting on the ground, place elastic resistance band around inside ( then outside) of your foot, keep toes up and slowly move sole of foot against resistance.
Hope this helps. 😊
Amazing! Angiie have an amazing christmas to yu Andre an carl an to all yu hold dear!, thanks again for sharing!
Hey girl I also suffer from plantar fasciitis and I will say that the biggest game changer was flexing and stretching my feet before getting out of bed. Apparently the tendons stiffen up while sleeping and when you get out of bed before warming them up you are reinjuring them which is why it can take so long to get rid of. I also was given an ice foot roller, feels so good at the end of the day. Good luck and quick healing Merry Christmas.
Love ur morning routines your December videos make happy, jus loving the winter cabin its growing on me ❤
A very vibey video love it
I started with planter fasciitis and ended up with torn tendons and had to have surgery. Drs advice is to wear good shoes (Brooks) with good support. I’ve been suffering for over a year. So if it last too long see your Dr. your house is beautiful!!!
Beautiful property, that walk is everything. Love the boots too 😊
Angie, for plantar fasciitis you can put water in a Coke bottle and freeze it, then roll it under your foot. I got plantar fasciitis when I was walking on a treadmill on an incline. Hope it feels better!
This was my favourite video of yours out of your recent Christmas ones. I loved the softness in your voice and the beautiful, soft Christmas music. 🎄
Sooo relaxing. I put my phone on Do not disturb when watching your videos Angie because they always inspire me and are so relaxing ☺️
Angie, Oofos *really* helped my family with plantar fasciitis! I cannot recommend their shoes enough.
You are always such a vibe 🥰
Just in time! Ahhhh I love these videos. So inspiring! I'm setting big goals in the new year. ❤❤🎉🎉
Ahhhh YAY !! ❤️
I really want to get back into yoga. I used to do it but stopped in about 2015. I don’t really have a good space to do it right now so i need to work on creating a good space that has enough room.
You are just a beautiful person !! Merry Christmas!!!
Aawwwe thank you so much ! ❤️
LOVED THIS ❤ more morning routines plsss
Have a great day Angie! ❤
Aw thank you so much ! You as well ❤️
This video is great!
I have battled plantar fasciitis for years, had surgery. Physical therapy the all wood floors make it worse. Orthopedic slippers and brooks ghosts or andrenilin 20 brooks tennis shoes. Helps the most. The doctor can prescribe some great orthopedic pads to put in other shoes where you put your foot in a form and they send them to get leather pads for shoes these will last about 10 years. I usually have something on my feet until i go to bed, miss being barefooted and high heels.
Just love watching your videos they are so amazing ❤love from India😍😍😍😍
Oh, I love the BoHo Beauty channel. Her yoga and guided meditation is apart of my morning routine. ❤
New balance tennis shoes only. Our friend a podiatrist recommended it. Never had another problem with plantar faciiatis. Even wear them in house til bedtime.
I have plantar fascists on one foot. It's really helpful to flex/stretch your foot or in your case feet as soon as you wake up to "wake up" the band of tissue in your feet. Also make sure you wear good shoes in Disney or on any long walks. Soak your feet and a foot massage would be good in addition to your yoga. Mine comes and goes so be mindful. Your footwear, walking patterns and I hate to say it bc I just turned 40 this year but age plays a factor, but as long as you keep up the routine it's manageable. Happy healing and Merry Christmas!!! I love watching your channel. Love the feel good vibes 🎄🎄
Foot tip!!!!!!!! Wear your tennis shoes around your house all day. Walking around barefoot/socks/thin soled slippers can just worsen plantar fasciitis. That really helped me, plus I get more done in tennis shoes than when I walk around in my "slippers" all day.
Also, I changed my slippers to "pillow slides", because they have such a thick, absorbent sole. I basically never walk around hard indoor surfaces barefoot, because its like you're walking on concreate. Totally changes postures, aches and all the things.
Praying for healthy feet for you, Merry Christmas and God Bless!
I had plantar fasciitis for a year! I finally went to PT and turns out it was caused by tight calves and really high arches, so I do lots of calf stretching. I also have inserts to support my arches in my "bad" shoes. Rolling the foot over that ball is good, but I like to freeze a small bottle of water and roll my foot over it and it feels so good and helps the inflammation. Hope you feel better soon!
hey, loving the new home and xmas decor such a cozy ,comfy vibe , love it,, as for plantar faciitis cant spell 😄 my son was told by dr to get fitted for orthotic insole (orthèse in french) and he says it has done wonders for his foot pain , may be something to look into
I’ve had the same PF problems as well as bone spurs. It was crippling. Have to get rid of the inflammation. Red light therapy helped. But mostly I Used a massage gun/ percussion gun. Massage the whole foot and calves. Frequently. And a foot brace at night for awhile. Cured me right up.
I love the tangerines with cloves❤🎉 Didn't know that
Soooo gooood ❤️
Rolling foot on soft baĺl is excellent for easy stretch. Do that when sitting at desk too. Or watching TV at night.
Oh yessss !!
When I had planter fasciitis my podiatrist suggested rolling a can of soda on the ball of my foot. Unfortunately, it did not work, so I got a shot in the heel of my foot! It worked wonders and its been years since I had it!!!
YES! Please link the yoga workout video! Must try! And where’s your makeup mirror from? ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Angie, some shoe inserts can help plantar faciitis.
Your new house looks fab as well as your Christmas decor ❤Merry Christmas 🎄
✨ Angie, magnesium cream for foot pain✨
Hello guys happy happy happy holidays ❤❤❤🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🎄🎄🎄🎄
Happy Holidays ! ❤️
A visit to a chiropodist + custom orthotics will help for plantar fasciitis. Wear supportive indoor shoes.
Im obsessed with boho beautiful yoga, 🤩 so happy to hear your following Julianna.
Crocs are ugly, but awesome on the feet over time they're my favorite house shoes
Before going to physical therapy, had to check out some of my favorite You tubers Having problems with Achilles tendinitis and plantar fasciitis Certain exercises are great One is the roller, but plenty of cushion is phenomenal! Just bought new sneakers the Brooks Ideal Another cold night and day in New Tampa, Fl
YESS !! ❤️❤️❤️
I had a super sore same deal when I wore a shoe half size too big!! For almost a year it was awful
Your new home is absolutely beautiful & cozy ! For your foot , you may need inserts for your boots ?? ( Can you link the yoga classes you are doing ) Happy Holidays !!🎅
Hi Angie. For the past month and still have in my left foot Plantar Facitius and bone spurs. I roll my foot over a frozen bottle of water and Advil helps with inflammation. It's so hard to walk. I been planning to go to Disneyland but I can't now if I can't walk. DONT walk barefoot wear a shoe with a good insole. Im looking into the new Birkenstock shoes that look like sneakers. ❤❤
For your plantar fasciitis- Try filling a little green Gatorade cup with water, freeze it then peel away the top of the cup to make a ice massager. Use this to roll over the bottom of your feet like you would for deep tissue massage with a good amount of force. It will hurt a ton but it will both ice the area and break up the tissue.
Try Hoka sneakers, my podiatrist recommends those. I love mine.
For your feet…freeze a wet tennis ball or bottle of water and roll it with your feet.. like you were rolling that weight. As hard as you can and it’s gonna hurt!! I have plantar fasciitis and sometimes it can be awful. This will help a lot. Hope it works for you.
Please share the tips worth trying you get for feet pain because I never had any until the last month of pregnancy and now I’m 8 months postpartum and I still have this issue.
When are you and Andre going to get a head board for your mattress?? I am working on getting better with my morning routine.
It may sound crazy but walk barefoot outside. Helps with so much, pain included. It's science backed as well.
Also, if you are walking with bad shoes or shoes with crazy arch support, it will actually weaken the arch in your foot. Really hope your foot pain resolves soon. Much love! ❤
I’ll try that !! & thank you so much ❤️
@@AngieBellemare you're very welcome! Hope you have a great day!
For foot pain try wearing supportive slippers around the house instead of socks or bare feet.
❤
There is no way I could save videos to binge watch. I would watch them sooner if I didn't have to work lol. Would you binge watch them? Have you tried the bean bag heaters that you put in the microwave? I have a large one for my neck, I probably use it two or three times a year.
Love 🎉 xoxo
Could you please share where you got that wall mount for the toothbrushes?? I desperately need this! Also, I look forward to unwinding after work with these videos. I'm a special ed teacher so it's been quite a long week before winter break! The planners are helping keep me sane.
Omg I died a little seeing the price of the skincare 😅 love your content Angie ❤
5 days to go before Christmas!
Yessss ! ❤️
i just gotta ask what tree do you use in your living room? (the big room with the many windows down the loft stairs)
I had the same thing happen to me from bad shoes. I used to roll a frozen water bottle on the floor with my foot. It helps. I also bought. Vionic shoes. Since I got the shoes I have no issue anymore. Hope that helps. Have a Merry Christmas!@❤🌲🎅🤶
Is there any chance the vision board party can be uploaded after? or maybe there is another way to get the link if you’re struggling financially?
Hey Angie
Could you link that yoga you did in this video?? I couldn't find it in the description box and I know you said it was great for the hips and legs :)
Where did you get the Pluto straw holder/decor?
Hi Angie this might be a temporary solution but have u ever tried the Japanese foot detox pads not only it removes so much toxins but it alleviates pain as well i love ‘em and there’s also pain relief patches too…also when u do your baths throw in epsom salt is a good way to get in magnesium also it helps with pain and this one is a little tough but just like ice plunge resets the body (athletes dancers do it) to help the muscles and for pain relief i suggest you stepping on the snow barefoot or ice water in a bucket at least for 5mins or so and see if it works for u and what works for you until you find the root of it and get proper treatment…sending lots of warmth from CT ❤
❤❤❤
❤️
Question!! What altitude are you all at in the new house? Has that been any kind of adjustment?
Im glad its not just me that thinks there are 4x4 months in the year! 😂
