@@Jaydiss_ I have only done it once, along with other shoulder workouts throughout the week I have no way of making sure that this alone will grow your shoulders a ton. Though out of how tiring it was and that my shoulders were quite worked and sore after I’ll say it’s effective enough. Just have to do it a bunch though
@@pug7909 i mean do it 6 times everyday in alot of times and at the end of the day you only did half an hour on it, tbh the pushup one is the only one that made me sweat altho i do pushups daily
Compound exercises are best for skinny people to gain weight like Push ups, pull ups, bench press, squats etc, also you need to eat enough calories to gain weight, rule is simple, caloric surplus + strength training =weight gain,,, patience is the key

It does work and train your shoulder muscles anyway.. It's just that you won't see as big results if you do have a bad diet.. The exercises do definitely work!

One way to get more gains is simply eat more protein and sleep more.
