Just get stronger at PushUps, Squats, HollowBodyHolds. Get yourself a pull up bar and do PullUps, ChinUps. Take your sets near failure,do quality reps(fast concentric+slow eccentric) Have a good diet,enough protein and stay consistent and you will see the results.
Just train and run until you can't anymore. For example, when you do pull-ups, you will stretch and fall before you do it and it will be a good exercise. Also, don't eat sweets or drink fizzy drinks. If you do this every day, you will see results.

Bro look no matter how much exercise you do the diet is the most main and important part get good amount of protien like 1.5 x ur body weight should be the amount of grams protien u should consume a day that way muscles will develop when u put this diet and exercises together , only exercise would be of no use like yeah wud develop muscles but wont grow muscle size , if u are skinny try bulking and gaining muscles then cut on bulk u gain muscles , on cut u cut ur body fat percentage to show those muscles if u cut without gain then u will become skinny if u cut after bulk u will become muscular and aesthetic
I regret to inform all the lazy people out there who think this is the key to getting fit fast this just isn’t it this is just some guys trying to get views from people desperate to get in shape for whatever reason
