I still enjoy my megacade it takes up so much room I don't know how you have room for all your machines you certainly must be running out of space xD I'd like another machine but I don't know maybe feels a bit redundant since it'd have the same games and just take up space but they are so cool a sonic themed one would be awesome!

I can see pros and cons for this type of setup. The best pro is you can use a bigger screen vs. the enclosure that fits only 50" on the megacade. The con is that you lose that arcade feel w/o the enclosure and marquee above the screen. I think I'd still go for this for the bigger real estate. I'd love to play arcade games on a 80" TV. Which do you like better D? I know you have that portable 2 player joystick arcade but it doesn't allow 4 players. In a perfect world you could have all 3 (portable for traveling, megacade for gaming room and this one for the living room under a wall mounted 83" LG G4.
When it comes to the Pedestal & the Megacade, I'd rather take the Ultimate Pedestal over the Megacade. The portable Shar-kade does ally 4-player gameplay, it's just two people will be on the joysticks & buttons, and the others will be on wired controllers.
Nice machine, but I'm done with Extreme Home Arcades with their lack of quality and them standing behind their products when things go wrong. I wish you would have purchased a nice Japanese Candy Cabinet like a Taito Vewlix or the upcoming Unico Nova Blast machine. Those machines will give you more bang for the buck, plus they look cooler IMO.

What up! First off, thanks for the sub. I really appreciate that. Hope you enjoy the content on the channel with more to come. As for which experience gives me that nostalgic effect; I'll put it to you like this... The Retro-Cade is a full fledge 4-player unit with 50-inch tv. So, from the looks out the gate, you're getting that arcade look & feel in your home by having a full cab. Not to mention, it's a premium build with tons of games running hyperspin front-end. Then, on the other hand, you have the 4-Player Ultimate Pedestal, which is also loaded with a ton of games (running BigBox fromt-end) and is a premium build. With the Ultimate Pedestal, you don't get the "arcade" look persay as it doesn't have the look of a traditional arcade. But that won't alter your gaming experience as you still have the joysticks & buttons. So you're still getting that arcade feel when gaming. Also, the Pedestal takes up less space as a whole. But keep in mind you'd have to get your own TV or you could connect it to come that's already in your home. Both of these machines are both power houses in their own right. So, how does one choose? If want the look of a arcade machine at home, like hyperspin front-end, quality build, I'd say go with the Retro-Cade. If you prefer something that doesn't take up as much space, prefer BigBox front-end, and like the desgin without having the traditional "arcade" machine look, then I'd say go with the Ultimate Pedestal. You can't go wrong either way as you'll have fun playing with. But things to consider when making a decision would be the price (for the type of build you're considering), your budget (on how much you kntend to spend), what you have room for in your home/apartment, & what appeals to you overall.
