Knowing cops like I do, I guarantee you that this Nice Cop is hated at his station because he will regarded by his supervisors and other thugs around him as being a weak and ineffectual cop that is too soft with potential criminals (aka The Public). Meanwhile in The Real World, The Public like their Police to be like this - polite, educated and willing to learn and change their opinion if they are shown to be incorrect. For any Plod Thugs reading these comments, it's called "humility with intelligence", something that you have probably never heard of.

Agreed. However, and not to be contrarian of overly cynical but, the fact that encountering an officer that’s polite & respectful is so immediately pleasing for us, is solely because it’s so rare!
This officer’s manner of behaviour is how we should be expect every officer to behave.
When the situation demands, of course the police may need to be aggressive & intimidating. But that should always be a last resort. Too many officers treat random citizens as if they’re criminals, despite no crime being suspected..

He was willing to double check and actually find out. But he was still wrong initially and made out that he knew what was the law so he was like any other constable who knows nothing about the law except what's drilled into them in their very short and brief training sessions.

Teach a man to wear a yellow vest and use a PCSO Designation Card and he'll talk s***e, act like an incompetent tyrant and pretend that he knows everything for the rest of his life. Please help keep another street corner usefully employed and ensure that no more tyrants with deep inner feelings of inadequacy have to sulk in the shadows. Your contribution of just £3,000 a month will mean that sad, lonely individuals will no longer have to haunt their local library to stay warm, instead they can have rich, fulfilling lives serving no purpose at all except to misinform the public and fill a uniform where it touches. Well, slappa my thigh and call me Albert! A PCSO and a Police officer who admitted they were wrong and were willing to listen to someone who knew what they were talking about. Good video FP.

What a fantastic interaction, and all credit to that young officer - he made an honest error, approached it with integrity & respect and apologised. A credit to the police - would that he were not such a rare example. Hats off to him. I hope he got his money back for his duff training…

Have to say those two police officers were jaw droppingly excellent. I mean shockingly amazing. Can you imagine if our pollice force were like this across the board. I tensed up with dread and then that happened. Jesus was just brilliant. Wow.

What a credit he is to that police station, unusually polite well mannered, was educated on drones then thanked you , unfortunately he’ll be corrupted in time by the tyrants !! , first one pcso was a bit of a know it all at first stating laws acts , offering a get together with like minded drone pilots, , good one that 😀😀😀

For the first interaction with the PCSO - I think FP should throw in an invoice for consultancy. Really if your going to uphold the law, you need to know the law. If you don’t know the law, you need to change your approach so you are simply enquiring what the individual is doing, ask the relevant questions and then do your research before spouting a load of incorrect nonsense.
For the second interaction, nearly got it right but not quite.
Quality content as usual. What a blessing.

PCSO ain’t the sharpest tools in the box and know even less about the Drone regulations than a cop (I know it’s hard to believe) but this one humbled himself and at the very least was willing to listen and research, kudos to him.

Wow... a rare breed. A pc prepared to follow force policy, prepared to listen, and having the kind of ego to accept being corrected with grace.
He sounds a bit of a rookie cop, but his approach to the public and a willingness to learn will take him far in his career
