This isn't correct. DJ is actually required by law (specifically UK GDPR and DPA 18) to identify himself and/or his channel to anyone who he captures in any of his footage. He is also required to tell them his reason for processing their personal data and provide a point of contact so they can exercise their rights. This is generally something most auditors get wrong, and most of the time, I dare say it's willful ignorance due to the risk of TH-cam taking videos down if a subject was to report the videos. Although in this video, DJ actually did get it mostly right (I say mostly because there is some debate to be had around the journalism exemption and if DJ should be redacting the identity of the employee's he captures in his videos, though this is entirely subjective).
Learn the law and understand your rights ladies and gents, don't just believe what someone with a camera tells you. 👍
Those two on the radio are wasted working on the docks, they should be heading up some department at MI5.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@davelordy. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂😂
🤪😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😜
🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
50 minute video. Awesome. You know this is a good one before you even watch it! 😍
The radio chatter could be straight from a Carry On movie 😂
😂😂
"..he's still inviolated somebody's privacy". How you resisted replying to them on the radio I can't imagine.
It's a proper law innit. 😂
YES! They earned a "Back to work!". Brilliant.
I'm a HUGE fan of the "Back to work!" People HATE hearing that, but I love it!
I luv it when you can hear them on walkie talkie..❤
"He's a young lad, thinks he knows everything" 🤣😂 😜
These people should be fired or at the or least educated on the law and a very deep apology made from the company that nasty girl should definitely not be allowed to be near members of the public.
Great they Prioritised you. I bet that made you Feel Special DJ..
Sean, the lorry driver, enjoyed a front row live performance 😁
I thought the same whilst watching 😂😂😂
LOL he could of sat and watched all day! brilliant
Like front row tickets for Oasis 😂
@@MrCharlesWidmore nothing like a good floor show.😊
I bet Sean turned off the radio and had a right good laugh sitting in his cab whilst having lunch 😂
Some of the things said on the radios were comical 😂😂😂
I love the part where you give matey an ultimatum, stop asking things about me, otherwise I’ll have to look closer at your company 😁 funny how after you said you may look closer at the company, he wanted to “build a relationship” with you (I think were his words) 😂
I love that fact you can pick up the conversation on your scanner
I'd love it if DJ could answer them back lol!
The woman who said “you can’t film people without their permission” 😂 how do the paparazzi get by, or people at places like Disney where people get caught on others cameras.😳 Where on earth do they get their strange ideas from. Also ring doorbells, dash cams, cctv…..Must be if they think it, must be right. 😂
CCTV? Like the one she was watching DJ Audits on........?
Karen needs educating, if that is possible, though she seems to think she knows it all
Comedy gold 😂😂😂
Lynne and the security guy should be paying you. They have had their most exciting day at work in years. They thought they were working for MI5 for the afternoon.
Security Karens. Don't you just love 'em?
_"it's the department of transport law"_
You can't really argue with detailed and precisely constructed legal arguments.
Yeah, that old potato which he made up in his mind. LOL
He must be the company legal eagle while pushing his broom to know "the department of transport law" extends to drones.🤣🤣🤣
Wow that idiot security bloke saying you was rude to him 😂 so funny listening to the idiots on their radio 😂 must have such sad life's 😂😂
That was hilarious, it just got worse and worse the more that Karen spouted rubbish. "You're not allowed to film anyone without their permission, any more." Plot twist: she's filmed _hundreds_ of times a day without her permission - or knowledge - every time she steps out her door.
@@rogerborg saying that while filming DJ without his permission
"were"
Listen to the silly cow talking about using a shotgun! They are so thick.
well said mate.
But at least no Police horses were called "Gay", swat team then.
Fascinating interaction.
They appear mostly to be working guys acting according to their hard-wiring.
It also appears that DJ has given the female on the other end of the line a few moments of interesting work, which I guess made her feel important for a while 😁
She definitely oozed with super duper impotence 😂😂
Wow that was close , lucky the police didn't turn up on the priority call 😂
That woman on the radio!!!😂😂
She was so confident in her nonsense.
Mr Bret would turn in his grave the founder of the company
Feel the Ridham, feel the rhyme, get David up... it's DJ time
The fact that they believe the bs they are spewing is scary , what an unprofessional bunch
Bet a DJ Audits keyring they both supported or voted for brexit.
Shame the police didn't turn up to prove he wasn't committing a prison worthy offence of terrorism. Those muppets are probably still thinking he was in the wrong.
Hopefully they were educated over phone
Hopefully someone told the clowns to watch youtube cause the circus is on it, meaning i’m sure someone told them about this video and how stupid and wrong they’ve been.😂
I love the added benefit of tapping into their radio. This makes the video so much more interesting.
You don't even have hi vis.. 'proceeds to pull high vis from rucksack' 😂
Best episode in ages, at least it wasn't foreign security guards thinking the laws of Communist China or Russia apply in the UK.
Did anybody else notice the security guard put his badge on his hi viz when the owner turned up 😂
them on the walkie talkies was priceless and it made me cringe for them talking about shotguns and bombs lol. great video dj 🤣🙈👍🏼
Comedy Gold- They happy to film you but when it's the other way around 😂😂 so frustrating so frustrating comment had me in stictches 😂😂😂 Back to work muppets
7:25 to paraphrase "no he's a young lad, with a couple of those fancy things, an education and common sense" 😂
The two security people are hilarious, making up laws to suit themselves and bigging up their own importance! The whole lot of these people are unbelievably dense and ignorant!
What I find continually interesting is the sheer volume of people who think they have a right to claim they can't be recorded in a public place.
Fatty security and the mouthy Bint are having a mental breakdown.Incident number, cos you might need it for your report LMFAO
@@ciararespect4296 👍especially, "can I elp ya"? 🤣
I love how the police came soooo quickly… it really was a high priority 😅
To be fair I enjoyed this one DJ, you were very calm and professional against non stop objections. “A matter of priority” people getting stabbed , robbed raped and they think the police need to dash over to a man with a camera. They should be charged with wasting police time they are delusional
That radio is genius
Its a scanner. 👍 You can just research online where there frequencies are. 😉
lol
@@Alien_O1 No need, i have the same scanner, just select Close Call and it will pick up any strong transmissions nearby.
What model scanner please mate @kevinperry6009
@@kevinperry6009make/model?
There is a crime being committed - FAILURE TO DISPLAY SIA BADGE! Edit: I notice he put it on when he realised he was being videoed!
He looks as he is about to give birth to twins.
they really hire the smartest for security
he just lied on camera, he didnt have his ID displayed earlier!
if he lies like that how can he be trusted?
and he lied about having it on at the start.
And over 160 k watched him blatently lie. He was too thick to realise cameras record images ! 😂🤣😂🤣 imagine watching him scoffing down a pie, trying to stop anyone pinching a crumb or two ?
Are they still waiting for the Police who made it a priority call ?
🤔🚨🤣
Priority to Do-nuts is between 3 and 6 months.
The walkie Talkies are so funny. 😂
little do they know you are the main man that goes around doing what they are suggesting
So many people don’t even know the CAA is the legal authority, not themselves or the police 🤣🤣 how do they think Google Maps got their data?
Great you found a place 10 years behind social media. Think the Gate man could have been a caveman
Sure acts and talks like one 😂
Pre Internet - A rarity to find one in the wild !!
He used to love rolling that rock in front of the cave.
