- HQ and Congleton Police gave no hassle and stayed within acceptable boundaries - no bully boy tactics, no threat whatsoever of sec 43, 50, 1 of pace etc. Drone sergeant went home to revise.

My favourite auditor, knows exactly how to speak without being offensive, but still, there's no doubt who's in charge.

The copper was actually an ok guy. He wasn’t up himself or stubborn and he was open and honest and then believed FP regarding him telling him he’s not breaking the law. Give the guy a break. Not all coppers are tyrants.
You can see it in coppers face you bamboozled him with laws and rights. He gave up trying. Class 👌

Imagine if the “Drone Sergeant” had a responsible job, like an airline pilot, coach driver or a doctor, where mistakes and lack of knowledge costs lives?
Drones pilots in the army do that by blowing up innocent families

Love watching you. As soon as plod realise they are in a tangle with someone that’s calm, composed and intellectually able to handle the situation, the game changes and they are off balance so quickly wondering how that just happened and how to get out of a total white wash that they know their mates will be one day watching on TH-cam 😂
absolutely. They are quick to use the situation to their advantage, body worn cameras, CCTV etc. - they should welcome auditors using similar technology and having an understanding of the law.
You're the only TH-camr who I click on the notification bell. 😎 you are the best. Non confrontational, polite, but firm and more importantly you know your rights better than all these coppers put together. Yes, he was a very decent chap and he knew you tied him up in knots. I have to be honest, with the way you interacted with him, I honestly believe he panicked a little when you asked him if he'd been subject to a disciplinary. You know that kind of panic most people experience when a Cop asks them something lol, he experienced that, I'm convinced.
I got that too - his face then went to - oh why did I just admit to that - doh! He then tried to take control with the continued inane questions

When he started off strong with the "are you auditing" I knew he'd probably go with a certain line of questioning so Im starting to think about half way through he started to wonder if the photographer knew more about him than he was letting on and it's possible that question made him go into overdrive for a second and expect his name to be pulled from thin air or something
I think he was hypnotised bt the experience. If he'd been asked any question by FP he would have answered. The question was so brilliantly inserted.

He is not an Auditor. He is a photographer.
Your uploads are so polished, the sense of humour is fantastic. I love the Bryan Adams "remix". What you said to that officer about the parking. Why should the police get free parking when they don't use their personal vehicles for work? I worked, I had to use my own vehicle for transporting equipment, sometimes very smelly, oily and dirty. There were no work vehicles. We got paid an allowance that was cut, over and over again. Got paid an mount for petrol, retrospectively, this amount didn't cover the cost of fuel, wear and teat, insurance etc. When we got to work, we had to use pay and display parking at our own expense. I see many of these officers, especially in the big cities, getting free, prime location parking. If they don't like their vehicles being filmed, don't use them to get to and from work!
Absolutely correct . I worked with criminal youth often car thieves! I had to leave my own car within sight and pay for the privilege. Makes me laugh when police bleat about filming private cars. They didn’t care when it was mine!!

As soon as that notification popped up on my screen, I knew it was time to put the kettle on, roll a fat one and look forward to some great music, great photos, great video and some people being very politely put in their place. You never disappoint. Normally watch auditor vids in the background but not you, always something special.....more, we want more.

This is an excellent audit…you should start a training school and use it to sell awareness courses of privilege of power to help them take the ego out….humble…loads of good eggs…but a lot rotten and have forgotten what it means to be human ❤️

Nice to see you posting again. A really good audit, assertive and firm, I like how you present your arguments in a clear way to educate the police and defend our lawful right to photograph in public. To be fair the police officer was a decent guy and didn't harass or threaten in any way, wish more were to follow his example. Loved the drone footage and music too.
He violated his rights by filming without informing. What do you think that “nice guy” is going to do with that? He’s going to upload his image and search facial recognition and then enter that as data against focus name. They then use that info as a basis of intent when they bring charges for other auditing. He’s not “decent” he’s a liar who violated rights. Just because he didn’t do it aggressively doesn’t make it right.
You are now watching the best auditor in the UK. The humour and the intelligence are what I love. He's fighting for our rights.

I know you obviously have a proper job Focus and this is just a hobby that you indulge in occasionally and work in when you can, but please consider divorcing the missus disowning the kids and quitting your job so us selfish viewers can have more regular videos from you 🙏 🤣🤣 you are so far ahead in class and quality when you do an audit that I actually cheer when I see a new FP uploaded. Definately the most knowledable Auditor on TH-cam by a long long way. Don't get me wrong, i love a lot of other channels but you have all the knowledge and i love the way you put him in his plac e about "I don't know who you are" , "senstive data", "body worn cameras". That kinda level just immediately disarms them as you know more than they do...
