Are you referring to the valve guide seals are the rubber seal on the valve cover this repair was just a bent valve didn't replace the valve guide SEALS or the valve cover they were in relatively good shape the new valves that we ordered didn't come with them and being that it was a 93 I wasn't too concerned about it it's still running good though hopefully this helps thanks for the reply
Valve guidea I guess, I replaced the valve cover gaskets already but I have two small rubber seals left in the pack and I have oil dripping from my exhaust manifold and a slight hint of smoke from the exhaust pipe
Yeah those would be the valve guide seals if it's dripping and smoking yours are probably shot you have to take the valves out to replace those the relatively simple all you need is a small pic to pull the old ones off and you can usually put the new ones on with your fingers mine were still good no cracks just spent about from running it low on oil

I've done a many of those,always used screw drivers as well

screw the cam gear bolt into them there threaded for a reson
