Had mine for two years now and absolutely love it - Thought this video was a really fair reflection of the ownership experience. Range has been more than adequate for what is for most people a city car, but have done plenty of longer journeys without too much problem also. I love the style of the car, it always attracts compliments in car parks etc and the handling is great (I came to mine from a Fiesta ST and am not disappointed by the speed or handling of little Peugeot). One thing I have sorted is getting a wireless dongle for the Android Auto (AA Wireless) - It's worked perfectly for over a year and solves the dodgy phone connection issues. Another year of the E-208 GT and then it's going to replaced by a Renault Megane Electric!

Just want to put this out there for the tall people among us!
I'm 6'3, test drove the car and I was simply surprised.
I loved the looks of the car and really wanted it but I was unsure whether I'd fit and be comfortable.
Did a test drive and to my surprise I was super comfortable!
    - Could see the dashboard perfectly fine
    - Steering wheel wasn't in my lap so I wouldn't hit my knees if I'd turn the car around.
    - Getting in and out of the car was no problem either
    - Plenty of seat adjustment and steering wheel adjustment
I honestly recommend you test drive if you're tall and consider buying this car because it's just that good!
In to get mine next week!

I have the Corsa version and don’t regret buying it one bit. Okay a bigger battery would be nice but bigger batteries where not available at a sensible price when I got mine. I have the matrix headlights and they are just phenomenal. If I had my time over I would seriously consider the Mokka. Thanks Ginny.

Had a black, e208 GT Line with a 10" info screen for 18 months now and I totally concur with everything in this review. The car is a dream to drive. The range is fine, in fact because I charge from home it is very rarely is an issue. I charge it, I drive it... simple. When I notice it has dropped to say 40 miles left I charge it again. HOWEVER! The poor range experienced in cold weather on motorway is an issue. It uses way too much 'fuel' and I do get fed up staring at the range rapidly dropping and wondering where I am going to charge on the M6. One the whole though, I love it, and would get another.

I second the comment about poor range on the motorway. There’s no chance you’ll get anywhere near 200 miles. The range was plummeting every few minutes. I’m sure it used 85 miles of battery life in just 45 miles.

I got my e-208 in November 2021 (maybe later model?). I have a display that gives me ample data including the miles/KWh. Now here's the thing. I generally average >4 miles/KWh. Frequently I end a journey on 4.5. Today, during a run of about 25 miles, I reached 5.2! I am a careful driver, but not exceptional. I use the B gear, but not ECO and drive with the speed limiter on.

I've had the opposite experience on some of those things to you interestingly. I find the DAB radio better than my old Toyota, and the Android Auto works freally reliably - now I've bought a nice braided right-angle USB cable for my phone (it used to be terrible with a bog-standard cable). The app though I've found to be atrocious. Unreliable, and full of random new bugs with every update. Luckily I have an Ohme charger that sorts out the off-peak charging for me :)
I do love it though - the first car in a VERY long time that I actually enjoy driving. Oh, and I bought it second-hand :)

If it’s been used as a tuition vehicle the passenger carpet will more than likely have been cut to make way for the dual controls. However, being used as a tuition vehicle should make too much of a difference as Ginny said, there’s no clutch to wear out, just check for kerb rash and wheel alignment.

I had an early 2020 e208GT and did 23,000 miles in it.
Yes I wish the battery was slightly bigger but overall I thought it was a great little car.
Over the 18 months I had it there were a few dealer software updates carried out, one of which greatly improved the charging curve making the longer trips better.
Being 6ft tall I had no problem with the dash view or driving position but you wouldn’t want to be sat in the back for long.
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed driving the little Pug and it was fine on the many long road trips I did providing you can access 100kw chargers or above.

Mate of mine is impressed with my electric car, looked at one of these. It took very little time to realise that the mi/kWh was woeful compared to my 28kWh Ioniq. We calculated that despite the Stellantis group cars having a larger battery my 5 year old Hyundai would be faster on a trip that needed multiple charges (150 miles or more) simply because it is so much faster topping up the small battery.

Love my e-208, flaws and all. Still turns heads and is hugely versatile; it can take town, country B roads and motorways in its stride. To make it even better, Stelantis ought to
    - Improve the cold weather range (sounds like they’ve made some progress on this with recent ones)
    - Improve the motorway range. Even holding the speed down to 65mph won’t get you much above 150 miles on a full charge. Less if you’re hopping between rapid chargers
    - I wish it had full one-pedal driving! The handbrake releases smoothly when you press the throttle but having put it on all the time when stopped (can you tell I live in London?) is annoying
    - Somewhere to store the charging cables (under the bonnet if poss)
    - You never actually get 100kw when rapid charring - 80kw even in ideal conditions is the best I’ve seen. Sorting this out would be really useful
All in all though, it’s in a class of its own. I wish we had more electric superminis, especially if they could be like this one.

i settled for i3S 2022, €250/month compared to the cramped E-208 €340. it was a no brainer, better acceleration and more space for less cost? yes please!
sure mine charge slower but it keeps the power all the way to 85%, if I'm not in a hurry I squeeze in 93% then leave.
not to mention all those annoying space age warning sounds drove me nuts on the Peugeot. it looks great with LED lights though 👍🏻 design is something Peugeot improved greatly over the years.

I've got a e2008, and would never ever ever by a Peugeot anymore. I had so much issues with this car, it's just a melon. Charge system broke down, abs sensor, front axle broken, automatic park broke had to be replaced after engaging suddenly on a road and no way it would disengage. My steering wheel has been replaced, the lacquer of the Peugeot logo's peeled off. The automatic cruise control camera had to be replaced. It's unbelievable how bad this car is with 100k kilometers on it. And don't get me started on the unreliable and frustrating app...

Had mine for 18 months and I will be glad to see the back of it! For such a tiny car the efficiency is rubbish. French and electrics as the old saying goes.

    Negatives are:
One pedal driving not quite there, regen is not strong enough
You have to pay extra for granny charger
    Infotainment system is rubbish
Brake lights do not come on when you lift off, annoys other road users
Can’t lift up windscreen wipers when washing car
No SoC visible, unless plugged in
App is hit & miss, lacks functionality

Windscreen wipers will have to be set in service mode, you have to knock the wiper stalk down after you remove the key or switch off the ignition, the wipers will move half way up the screen allowing you to lift the arms up. This is the case for basically all modern cars.

Better driving dynamics than a Mini Electric? Not possible, so doubt you've driven all EVs on sale 🤣
