    Deepti..yes.. your workouts are low impact.. I have small feet compared to those of my same height which is 160cm. 90 kilos. My feet are 25cm..poor feet n knees 😂 manufacturing defect 😂. Pear shaped body. Hypothyroidism. Lost 2 kilos in 2 months with your beginner workout only. Loved your workouts. Never got bored. Have energy to do 2 beginner workout videos at once but unable to do coz of pains. That's why I asked for your help. 🙏 Thank you for the replies and concern you show to your followers.

      Hi Harika.. thanks for sharing the info...i understand better now. An important part of pain management is stretching.. it works wonders.. so i will encourage you to do the 10mins warm up workout.. helps loosen up the body and lowers chances of pain.
      Congrats on your weight loss.. you are fighting all odds and making it happen.. kudos to your consistency ! Well done.. keep dancing and stay energised !

    OMG!, very glad I was lucky enough to reach here! I am 63 and already enjoy a pretty healthy life. I plan to incorporate your videos in my evenings . In the morning I do heavy exercises. Great Deepti you thought about 60+ people. Very thoughtful of you to choose the music which 60+ will love !

    This was such a wholesome video to watch❤️. The songs are so soothing..even the remix versions ......evergreen for a reason....the songs from 60s play all day in the background in my house. ...watched this after the leg workout ....feeling so refreshed .

    I have fibromyalgia, age wise I have a long way to go. I started with your senior citizens & then moved to walking & mild work outs of yours. I had to take a break after 1 month as my body stops me. This one I did & quite appreciate your thoughtfullness, it helped me do all the steps & lat was able to do the exercise for the knee. Thanks a lot. Hoping that I can continue this without a break.

    I found your workouts whilst searching for an easy low impact routine and it was perfect. I am in my 50's and have Fibromyalgia and it was a really good workout for me and so much fun too. I shall enjoy trying some of your other ones as I progress. I have also enjoyed trying out a new style of dance/exercise as I have never tried this before. I loved it and the music too.
