Love mine, but Rock Rails area must, order it with the rock rails and all weather rubber mats, it's a must and worth every penny.

The “tailgate” is easily adjusted for the height of your garage.

Great video - thanks. Recognizing they are different vehicles in size and off-road capability, etc....having watched your 2024 GX 550 and 2024 Armada video, you had very positive things to say about both. Do you have a favorite between the two? Did you find one more comfortable/enjoyable to drive/live with? Which were you more sad to see go/would you prefer to own? Thanks!

      Great questions.
For ME to live with, the GX fits better in our garage, which would be a big selling point for us. We enjoyed it but don't need the additional size of the Armada. The Lexus felt more premium, but there was an old-school charm about the Armada that cannot be overlooked. Sadly, the 2025 loses the V8 I love so much. Ultimately, I would choose the Lexus for my life.
Good thing too, as we have a Luxury trim coming soon.

Good review, do you know anything about the Hybrid?

I like the 460 but agree it looks a little frumpy. This one looks better.

Does anyone know are the engine issues that are going on with Toyota in this vehicle? Is this a problem? I’m either gonna buy this car or the new forerunner or a new X5 in the fall but I think I’m gonna go with this car

Have a overtrail plus for 3 weeks love it . There were no issues reported with this model. There was a stop sale for 30-56 days while they checked the sunroof drainage . Other then that no engine issues mentioned.

You said it has front diff locks. That’s against what I thought I knew about this truck. Could you please verify that info? Thx

      Luxuries. Memory seats and such

Does the hood shake at speed on the Bronco like it does on the GX? Does the engine spin it’s main bearings like it does on the GX?

Give us an example of the GX550 having spun bearings. Let it play out before you spread misinformation.

Seems to be a weird comparison(bronco vs gx550 overtrail) but a closer look and it really isn’t. Lexus noticed what people started using it for and gave it some overlanding chops. But for the a similar price you can get much more capability. The Lexus interior is much nicer and less much less plasticy. But it doesn’t give the luxury look or feel of a luxury vehicle. It’s very Toyota. If you have money and arent the type to customize a vehicle urself it makes more sense to go with the bronco. The Lexus isn’t near nice enough, off roady enough, or drive much better on the road to get it. Based on all the reviews I’ve seen.

I like your thinking. You should hear what Holli has to say, she sums it up the best:

You Don’t have a clue what you are talking about. Have you owned a ford bronco ? Very cheap interior, tie rods snap in half during off roading, roof leaks, doors leak, and a large number of recalls. The ford Bronco also plummets in resale value. Along with saying Ford is terrible to deal with on a corporate level, especially when the warranty is involved.
