There must be power in the mind or we would not have the phenomena called - the placebo .
For those interrested in longevity could type it and find out more than what i mention right now , nitric oxide breathing and foods as well as sulfur rich foods
I didn't hear u mention dark chocolate 2 times a day as a way to significantly increase stemcells - but I heard this bieng claimed .

I had experienced the magical effects of AFA when I bought and consumed them from the company Christian used to work with at that time named Celltech back in the early 90's. They were really great products.

True but I understand that finding the ingredients is also difficult. Hope they can start farming these sources, but would they be as potent? Idk

Some studies find eggs are good for increasing stem cells. Many Italians in certain areas eat them raw. Not my preference but… live close to 100. Ponder over cooked eggs… All of these supplements are of benefit , yet out of reach financially for 60% of the population here, and Other countries are higher #’s that supplement prices are too much.
