Hello, I had stage four cancer in my "bone marrow." I was diagnosed 12 years ago, next year I turn 80 years old.
Since all my cancer treatments and surgery, today I am still on zero medication.
Yes, I did it all with healthy raw foods, like freshly made carrot juice, with celery, apple, sometimes garlic, or red cabbage.
After all my medical poison treatments, I switched to making smoothies. Juicing became too much work for me.
Today I will eat some cooked foods, some meat, or fish but not that often. Healthy eggs butnot the factory kind where they mass-produce unhealthy eggs. I had chemo in my spine twice, and six chemo sessions via a port that was surgically put in my chest connected to the heart, radiation, and surgery to save my left arm. The bone was partly eaten away. Today allll is well!

Thank you so veyr much for your words, you have given me hope. For nearly 40 years I had followed a raw diet, I had never eaten meat - allergy to animal fats. But I stopped after January 2022 as I had a fall that left me with a fractured Occipital bone and dizzyness. Then in April 2023 I lost my beloved husband and went downhill fast. A week after losing Ray I was diagnosed with MDS. I was told last time I saw consultant that I was low risk but I have all the symptoms of high risk. I am 76 years old.
Please could you give me a list of what you eat if it is not too much trouble. Bless you and carry on getting better. Kathy.

I believe they duped us with those studies too. I guarantee they included carbs or unhealthy fats, or some kind of other factors that could weaken the integrity of those studies. Help if you don't mind pal, thanks.

There is no way for me to enjoy coffee or tea without a sweetener (using stivia). Would rather drink water. For last 7+ yrs have been eating from a similar list of foods mentioned. Dropped 48 lbs without trying and have maintained with no effort. Seems I accidentally fell into ‘intermittent fasting’ before I had any knowledge of it! Wasn’t hungry before 11:30 at which time I ate an enormous (cake, mixing bowl size) salad of veggies, variety of cruciferous food, sauerkraut, nuts and handful of berries. Ate again 5-6 pm
Cottage cheese w/sunflower seeds nuts & berries. I have question….
“Would a quality, brewed, black or green tea be as beneficial for me if I used the ‘tea liquid’ in a veg. smoothie?Have not been sick for years Seems my brain, or possibly my gut, has locked in to diet. I occasionally eat out but, flavors and textures are not what they use to be! For me…….that’s probably a good thing!😇😅

It helps clean the internal body environment and cells, so healthy cells can live in a healthy state. Drink plenty of water; Detox the liver and body and keep the bowels moving when fasting. You don't want the removed toxins stagnating with no-where to go. A juice/oil cleanse is useful.

I was also thinking of adding in systemic enzymes+ digestive enzymes to clear out damaged tissue faster they do eat scar dead old tissue things like Bromelain Serrapeptase Nattokinase Lumbrokinase while fasting in a apoptosis state might be a double whammy. im going to experiment with it.

Thank you brother. So great and simple. Regrowing a tooth now I believe. It happened by happenstance. It was extracted...then infected then cleaned wich lefft my bone exposed. Quit smoking...for a bit...then it started growing tooth fiber from the bone. I am a strong immune system. I have fasted alot in my life before. Despite fasting or eating proper components of everything the body can need my tooth seems to be regrowing. It seems I am growing a 3rd tooth from this extraction site. I almost don't even want to tell my dentist... Inadvertently they may have helped this process...

    Semen retention.
The cells, called spermatogonial cells, are adult stem cells. They are the source of men's lifelong supply of sperm.
Now these cells may become the source of stem cells capable of treating a wide variety of illnesses, suggest Thomas Skutella and colleagues at the University of Tubingen, Germany.

Fasting creates stem cells free, it doesn’t cost you a cent

Yeah that's a great use of will to do something beneficial, stepping over all those non-human & bacterial or other biological signals for food and stepping into real health, organ repair, biomorphic optimization. A mineral drink with zero calories is useful for longer term fasting or if you are very active physically during your fasting - while stopping your regular activities during a fast is not recommended. Ensure it is not heavily loaded with minerals like the drink named ensure, as you will only need small amounts that can be easily absorbed without requiring additional calories from macronutrients. ACV + 1/2 tsp pink or blue salt + 1/2 tsp cream of tartar with optional juice of one lemon or lime is a great drink to make in pure water to start your day continuing your fast.

Wow! 😮 I am amazed by what you're explaining! Doctors just are prescribing drugs! Thank you for sharing this, I don't drink or smoke, but need to be eating these healing foods! I'm so encouraged! ❤ I've been in so much pain for years, that has just become worse. Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Nerve issues, chronic fatigue, and all the meds just cause more harm to long term. Is there also a supplement/s that you'd recommend, that might help with pain, in order to help initially be able to function better, move more without being in so much pain? I am starting to do intermittent fasting, and since inflammation causing so much pain, I'm trying to get away from carbs, and the one thing that hinders me, is pain to walk, stand, or even move. So, if there's something that can help me reduce the inflammation which would reduce pain, so I can be more mobile, would be helpful. ❤

Ive been in the stage of joints inflammation on my extremitists ..just for 3 months in taking turmeric powder ( 2x a day ) mixed it with black coffee.
And eat vege that is high in potassium ( better check your potassium level ,coz if it is too low /high not good for our body )...wish you will be well.
