What's sad, is that we got into this mess, because many were too lazy to learn and stand up for their rights, and asked others to act on their behalf, yet now, instead of taking the time to learn their rights and act to defend them, they just want You, the Peace Keepers to do all the learning, and act on your behalf by producing documents to use, not understanding the process is to confirm THEY are acting as responsible adults and not being treated as ignorant children, classed as wards of the State

Doing the NOC NOC challenge in my opinion is like some who was born blind then 50 years later given the ability to see. I admit I have struggled though some bits trying to get my head around but as Marc said watch it again and again if necessary and it definitely sinks in.

@@melvinp1324 🤣 Waverley Borough Council withdrew their 2023 "complaint" against me because they want to continue committing perjury and theft through their illegal and unlawful £107.10 summons costs, plus another £3.10 for the order of liability.
HMCTS Guildford Mags Court is complicit in the crimes.
Surrey Police have refused to investigate telling me "It's a civil matter",
The whole thing is a fiasco - at the moment they are madly peddling to keep the whole thing from falling over entirely.
The truth of matter is that MONEY isn’t real
It is tangiable, but laws state you can't get your gold with the receipt which is money, making the paper worthless. Where is the GOLD? what a deception!!!
The money is real, but a few select people are allowed to create enormous quantities of it out of thin air, while the general population have to work for it.
Not only that but when they print, they devalue the money too (~7% per year) and so we end up working for less and less each year without realising. And the value of our savings and pensions is taken even if the numbers go up.
@@leavemyrightsalone Tangibility is irrelevant for money. What counts is that it's scarce and fair to obtain (i.e. to create/find more you have to put in work of equal value), divisible, portable (i.e. the less "tangible" the better - digital is ideal), robust, fungible etc.

It would actually be good money (certainly better than gold) if it wasn't for the fact that it takes no work to create - which leads to massive corruption and devaluation.
great post the rule of law has long gone, you cant get past magistrates who cant hear you, there Administrative, there not qualified in law, uninsurable so its all in the plan, we will keep pushing on,
Is this going to stop the usual yearly Demand for him, i.e is Marc going to have to do this Next year ? Or is it more plausible that TPTB will make sure this won't Happen Again i.e if marc gets his next Demand this won't work again for him will it, as he has exposed the fact people are not job correctly and nothing more.

I presume the district judge could not hear Marc as his attire was not accepted by the court.
Barrister art of law states that courts require a dress code to be acceptable ,like a battle dress. But let's wait and see how the tricks of the trade plays out

dont put the cart before the horse. the only way things will change is if more people get involved and understand the political etc structure in this country. the other matter is, this situation DOES NOT apply in scotland, wales or ireland.
