I rang my local council up and said I cannot afford this. I asked them for a form to look at my position and they told me it was only for people in strife. I was unemployed at the time! So they never sent the form for me, just the bailiffs, thugs, that I never answer the door to! Also, one bailiff turned up at 11pm and banged so loud it scared me, then he proceeded to put a camera into my living room via the letterbox and shouted at me that he had taken a picture of me. They are called JACOBS bailiffs! I have now a camera in place to record them.

Would love to study and learn this correctly but is it not a very time consuming process? which is out of question for most people like me who have to work two or more jobs just to keep up with the bills and on top, rarely having enough time for rest and sleep as well as not everyone is cut out to be a teacher, baker, beekeeper, mechanic or a law expert.
Would Mark perhaps consider offering a service to those who haven't got the time or the mind set to learn all this to help them with their individual cases? For a fee of course? Thank you for your service to the community 🙏🏼

1 simple question :
You state the obligation to comply in regard to a demand , However you could or can see the same question applied to every other act/ statute i.e are "You" Obligated to abide by every statute ever created and still in force ?
For me it all resides in being the "Holder" of Crown documents i.e a holder of a person owned and classed as chattel / property via the crown SLAVERY ...
My understanding is that statutes are a contract between the people stated at the start of the statute (parliament assembled, monarch etc.). An agreement between themselves on how they will govern us. But we all live under the rule of law, and so if the rules they come up with result in a breach of your peace with no lawful excuse (e.g. council tax demands), then any attempts to follow them once you have put them with this knowledge are a breach of your peace for which you can rightly claim remedy.
The English are freeborn and self governing by consent. This is what our Constitution is founded upon. Governing power does not have the lawful authority to enact legislation independant of the people. Legislation needs the consent of the Commons to be lawful and the representatives that are elected to sit in the commons are of the people get that consent from the people via the vote. Therefore in principle we are obliged to to bound by all legislation because we the people as a whole have consented to it. Constitutionally that is how it works.
However over the years, centuries in fact, our constitution has been subverted. The unlawful repeal of part of the Bill of Rights in the 1800's, another unlawful repeal in 1948 etc, all of which are a subversion of our constitution.
Talk of chattel and property of the crown etc is nonsense and a diversion from the truth. Lord John Sommers was mentioned in this video, you will do yourself a great benefit by finding out who he was and reading some of his pamphlets.
@@thesecretpeople3842 Lord Denning would be my first choice and as for freeborn , freeborn into what registration and talk of property and chattel is pertinent when referring to crown copyright as the first owner is the King as noted in statute i believe its the Designs and patents 1st owner Her/His Majesty

Affidavits don't need to be rebutted if not part of legal proceedings. No one is obliged to rebut them, just like you're not obliged to respond if you receive one

where can i get the information from that i need to undrstand this I have never paid council tax voluntary in my life bailliffs come round i just abuse them and they scuttle off .i am not intimidated by them or council officials.

@10tendogsdonie The Police. Seized vehicle for driving a vehicle on the road with no road tax whilst travelling to a pre booked MOT. The police believed that was illegal; I did not. After suing them they put forward the defence that because my vehicle had a 'current' mot it should have road tax. However legislation is very confusing. My interpretation is that its irrelevant whether a vehicle currently has a mot or not it IS exempt from road tax in that scenario.

All Marc wants is for people to stand on their rights and learn the constitution and to make sure our public servants do their jobs. The more people that do that, the more pressure we put on them to do their job.

Anything in comerce has to be in a contract, signed & dated by both parties to Enter into a contract, its that simple,
Again plenty of claims with no evidence...just take my word for it. Need more than that to at least be half credible considering the damage the process has caused on many people.

@PeaceKeepersOfficialChannel @marchorn466 Ive watched all of your videos and read your paperwork. The fact is many people have got charging orders put on their homes from trying to use the process.
If it did get it set aside then that is a step in the right direction. But he certainly isnt out of the woods yet.
The issue is not many have the knowledge to understand how to identify their duties and back that up with legislation.
Watching the Video Marc says he asked the Judge to put in an order compelling them to comply. That is requested via an application to the court outlining the grounds and legal basis, of which you request a hearing to put forward why the court should compel them to respond etc
@@totallyautonomousthis has always been the issue for me, how to stop a chargeback being applied against a property, I am yet to see a definitive answer👍

The Court Does not Produce a Court Order for Council Tax.
So nobody, not the Defendant, Enforcement Agents, anybody etc are able
to obtain a 'Certified Copy from the Court'' of that which it does not
produce so it cannot exist.
So what does not exist cannot be enforced or registered on
a persons Title.
Please explain ?
@@stevestephens8969 perhaps it is a failing of people who have stopped payment for what ever reason and not done things correctly, many people end up with a chargeback applied against property.
