    taking people's goods is against the law and its burglary when i go to bed I do turn on the alarm to stop them bailiffs breaking into my home they are not allowed to force entry

    How can Council Tax be marked as a debt if you have not agreed to enter into an agreement with the council in the first place?....surely there has to be a contract or agreement entered into initially for them to then mark it as a debt?
    What if you decline council services when they send you a new Council Tax Request for Payment?

    Can they take a parents goods for an adult child’s debt , or a husbands stuff for wife’s debt
