      That's a healthy meal Quang. Awesome job. I'm going low carb as well. My carb intake is mainly from fruit, vegetables oatmeal, nuts and legumes. I've cut out soda, processed foods and fast food.

    Don’t rely on motivation Quang, that always goes. Don’t restrict urself too much and don’t focus on being perfect, just have more good days than bad and you’ll hit your goals eventually. You got this!

      I agree. Doing stuff that is both fun and better for you is the way IMO. And not all of your goals have to be reached at once. To me family, work, and hobbies come before health in terms of effort, but what keeps me going is realizing the health impacts all of the above

    You don't have to torture yourself Quang and eat these foods for the whole year. You can eat so much more tasty food but just eat in a caloric deficit for a few months to burn the FAT. Also for CHEAT DAY eat your fav food (fried chicken)

    Put some beans in that bowl for extra protein. I’m on a intermittent fasting diet. Tea and high protein yogurt in the morning and low carb dinner between 5 and 7. That’s it

    Stay doing this. You can eat fried chicken once every two weeks. Just stay in a caloric deficit and watch your macros. Try intermittent fasting. You need to have a window of eating so you won’t be eating at crazy hours at night time. Remember you can not outwork a bad diet.

    Those ingredients are staples in our house, and we work out 4-5 days a week, including cardio. My personal trick is caffeine before those early workouts 😅❤

    I'm glad that I'm training for amateur strongman. The goal is to bulk to get the competition weights. All day bulk day. Plus the calorie surplus helps me recover. And im not grouchy and depressed from being in a calorie deficit. Strongman ftw.

    Hey Quang I'd like to give some tips that helped me lose a lot of weight. I think at the start, the most important thing is getting your diet in check. I started off pretty slow with working out for the first 2 weeks but really focused on correcting my diet. It can lead to burnout if you try doing too many things at once so ease into it! Accept that there will be periods where you feel hungry and that's ok. We don't always need to feel stuffed. It's pretty hard in the first 2 weeks, but it gets a lot easier as your body adapts to it. I adhere to the philosophy that if it fits within my macros and daily calories, I can eat it. Running a separate food channel is hard but remember that you can still eat the stuff you make on your main channel as long as you don't go overboard and make sure especially to not pass the caloric limit. However, once you hit your caloric limit for the day - try to stop eating. Calories in and calories out is the most important thing in your weight loss journey. Try to track everything you eat if possible. And motivation is great to have! But it'll wear off as you get more into your health journey and that's where you need to build discipline to help keep you on track. Discipline and motivation go hand in hand with a successful weight loss. You got this!

    Wish you the best but to be honest you, you got no chance with a baby on the way. You’re gonna be exhausted and dealing with the baby and cooking vids daily, it’s gonna be hard. Best of luck

      Fuck that. He can do it. Just eat MEAT and water and have your family do the same. Tran can cook anything any way including tons of meat. He doesn't have to do it forever, just until he loses the bad weight and gets his blood test levels down. Then...he can have what he wants but it has to be centered around protein with very low carbs and almost zero veg and fruit.

    QT, you can do it. Please don't cut out tasty food for bland, no taste food. Season those veggies with herbs and spices, please. Just don't deep fry, but light fry things with a tiny bit of oil. Smaller portion size is key.

    Hey man! Glad to see you back because I have definitely been missing your content. I know that the grind can be difficult especially starting out but just know that these small habits will accumulate and lead you to your goals. I recommend to start gradually so you don't burn yourself out! Also, don't be too hard on yourself. If there is a slip up somewhere in your journey, acknowledge the issue and go back to your routine. As long as you're being consistent, you got it. 💪

    Nice portion sizes. Well done! I would also recommend 16hr intermittent fasting. If I was you, I'd not eat the sweet yogurt. Replace it with fat free version and add frozen or fresh berries to it.

    I think you should try getting plain greek yogurt and adding fresf fruit to it i think it will make you feel fuller and you could probably get the aame amount of calories with more food or the less calories with enpugh fresh fruit to sustain you from the fiber from the fruit.

    Way to go, keep it up. I like to steam cauliflower and use it as substitute meat filler. Have also been using vegetable chopper that has container to make instant salads.

    U got this!! It's all about being good most of the time, not necessarily all the time. My fav "rice" hack is riced Cauliflower, boiled for around 20 minutes or so so its mushy like the way I like my white rice normally. Low calorie breads like Nature Own's keto bread, low fat high fiber flat breads, those are great additions

    Hey Quang WATCH the AMOUNT of SPINACH you eat daily. It's TOO HIGH in OXYLATES which will help you FORM KIDNEY STONES!! Just thought I'd let you know. If you must eat a salad just eat regular lettuce and add all the vegetables you want. 😊😊

    Don't make it your goal to 'get skinny'. Otherwise you're just going to crash diet. Instead, make it your goal to get Jacked & become stronger on your main lifts while reducing your carbs/fat intake. That way, you will build muscle while trimming away the fat aka Recomping.

    Greatest misconception, still to this day, "you're on a diet? Why? The food has no taste."
    Literally the flavor palet you develop when you actually allow your body to taste the core compounds of your lean protiens and healthy greens is insane. You spend 30 days eating this way, minus some sauces, and its almost unbearable to put a candy bar in your mouth because the taste and sugar is overwhelming.
    You know you're making progress when you have that healthy (well portioned) meal in front of you, then its gone and you're spendong the next 1.5 hours staring at your watch tracking the next meal schedule 😂
